Dr. Polonchek is a family medicine physician who provides a full spectrum of care to patients of all ages as a member of Four Seasons Family Practice's medical staff. She also serves as medical director for MaineGeneral's residency practices (Four Seasons Family Practice in Fairfield, Family Medicine Institute in Augusta and Maine Dartmouth Family Practice at the Thayer Center for Health in Waterville). A member of MaineGeneral Medical Center's active staff and a 2017 graduate of the Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency program, Dr. Polonchek is accepting new OB and pediatric patients.
