Dr Polonchek is the best! I was concerned about a new diagnosis & she spent a lot of time speaking to me about it. We feel so lucky to have her as our PCP!!

Felt like the practitioner didn't even listen to me. Much less take me seriously. Side note. Asked about getting the flu shot and a booster. Dr said yes then Didn't get anything moving for me. So I spoke up while getting my labs done. I was informed that they didn't have the booster. Ian's there wasn't any order/rx (??) for me to even get the flu shot.

Four Seasons Family Practice with Dr. Kathleen Polonchek, she is the best ever doctor in the whole planet. Becomes highly recommended, and I wish I could get family to get in with her, but she has no room. But Four Seasons Family Practice is running very nicely and is appreciated for us people who need the care from that office. Thank you very much. I think they're doing a great job, and especially the doctor too. Goodbye.
