Kathleen Polonchek, MD, is a family medicine physician who provides a full spectrum of care to patients of all ages as a member of Four Seasons Family Practice's medical staff. She also serves as medical director for MaineGeneral's residency practices (Four Seasons Family Practice in Fairfield, Family Medicine Institute in Augusta and Maine Dartmouth Family Practice at the Thayer Center for Health in Waterville). Dr. Polonchek is accepting new OB and pediatric patients.
