It wasn't relevant to this visit, as this was a scheduled wellness visit, but I have been taking my children there for over nine years, and I have been repeatedly frustrated with the support staff. The MAs, when you get a response on the phone, it is not timely, and they are both condescending and not helpful. So we love Dr. Hickey and many of the providers that we have seen have been top-notch, no complaints with their care, but the support staff is a problem if you have any questions or anything that takes any of their time. Thank you.

Yes, the 1 piece of feedback I'd give is at registration, we asked for individual appointments for our 2 kids. And then when we were told to go to our appointment, they were put in the same room where they should be at the age where they have individual appointments for individual rooms, because building bodies and whatnot. Just wanted that to be taken into consideration in the future as well. Thank you. But everything else 100% top notch, fully enjoy our experience going there with the staff and have a nice day.

I felt very pressured to give my child a treatment that I had previously made very clear I was not interested in. The majority of the appointment was taken by this and the issues I needed addressed were rush through or dismissed. The very small time we have for appointments should be utilized to benefit the patient and parental concerns, not the doctor's desires.

Great experience all around for this visit. It was so nice to see Dr. Hickey on this visit. She's an amazing doctor

Kathleen Hickey was great with my daughter and made her feel as comfortable as she could. She took her time to ask questions and answered all the questions I had.
