There were 5 physicians on staff and a short wait time. My prescription was called promptly. Everyone was very polite. Thank you!

They performed like a well oiled machine. Been there 3 times and I am always satisfied.

I came in for trouble talking and losing breath due to bronchial spasm that was not accompanied by wheezing or other noises. They listened to my lungs, and then told me to continue doing wha I was already doing that I had already told them wasn't working. It was a waste of time.

Was sent to er as they said i needed more tx there.

I have had many good experiences with Me General over the years. This one was not one of them. She unfortunately did not listen and I felt judged.

Efficient caring and kind

I just wish they had called me back sooner concerning my x-rays otherwise in that everything was wonderful

The triage nurse gave me me no time to speak to tell her what my symptoms were or how I was feeling. I felt like she was just pushing me through to get to the next person...just another patient she had to get through the doors.

I was blown away by how caring, kind and quick the staff was all while not feeling rushed. They worked well together. I felt heard and given an explanation to my questions.

Importantly... I was in and out quickly. Very professional. Very kind. I had the flu and they were quick to diagnose and treat. Thankful that I am feeling better and thankful for their excellent service.

The staff at the clinic was extremely helpful and pleasant. They answered all my questions before I even saw the PA. The PA was so nice, very positive. She also answered all my questions. Explained everything thoroughly. Overall great experience.

Dr Katie was an inspiration to be seen by and treated well by her, her colleagues or staff and the facility! We would rather utilize your services walking in with no appointments, in an urgent way but not emergent enough to go to the ER. Thank You

I was feeling extremely sick when I walked into Express Care. And Katheryn Baden, PAC was very thorough, kind, compassionate, and explained everything to me. She diagnosed my problem and prescribed the proper treatment and follow up procedures. She prescribed the medications I needed to be on the road to recovery.

Very positive experience all around from the person checking me in, the nurse taking my vitals, and especially the person providing the care.

I was seen right away for my ear infection and antibiotics were prescribed. Very positive experience!

The doctor I had, I had never had before. She was incredible. She was so patient and so calm. I had a stroke and life is quite confusing right now. She was that good. She was just excellent.

I've had to use express care a few times when my PCP was not available or not needed. I am grateful they are available for immediate help.

I appreciated seeing someone at Express Care. She listened to me and also explained things to me about the new medicine I was taking.I felt good and confidant about the visit and that my health problems were being taken care of.

I have had her before and she tends to dismiss people's ailments more than listening to them and helping them deal and treat them. She did this with my son on this day.

Everyone was so courtesy. I came in about five minutes before they closed. Took me anyway.

This is my go to place for dependable care. I tell everyone who needs help to come here when they're without remedy. None have ever been dissatisfied with the care that they received. Thanks to the whole staff for all their good work. It's a team effort and it shows.

I always have a positive experience at your facility. All staff & medical personnel are always extremely kind, respectful, and informative. Even when the waiting room is completely full, I've never waited more than 30 min to be seen. Hands down the greatest & most efficient quick care establishment i have EVER been to! Yes, I really appreciate the visit, this latest visit. They got me through pretty quickly. And in the past, I've had to wait a very long time. I've been there even up to two hours or close to. So I did appreciate that they got me through quite a bit quicker this time. And I really do appreciate that, especially when you're not feeling good. All right, thank you.

They didn't explain what else I could take with my prescription. The prescription I received did not help me. I have gone twice and I'm not paying to go again.

My doctor was super kind and friendly, knew what she was talking about and how to put it, and diagnosed my issue pretty much immediately. Absolute queen :)

The service was good. The only thing that I have to say where it's an express care, it did take quite a long time and it wasn't on a weekend. It didn't seem very busy. And the wait was mostly after I saw the doctor, waiting for just a copy of paperwork and that's it.

The doctor that helped me was very knowledgeable and explain things perfectly. I would highly recommend her.

Follow-through was great thank you very much

I really appreciated that the nurses and doctors listened to all of my issues and took a deep dive to ensure my sickness was a normal flare up instead of illness. I also loved the explanation the doctor gave me before leaving about my stay and then my plan as of discharge. Although I wasn't feeling significantly improvement after discharge, the nurses and doctors took amazing care of me and provided everything possible to aid my recovery. As well as detailed plan of how to continue improvement at home and very helpful medication refills.

The P.A. was very argumentative and degrading when I did not agree to doing Flonase for fluid in my ear. I felt like she did not listen to me when I was trying to get antibiotics for an infection. She was dismissive after that and did not seem like she wanted to help me . I feel like she was upset when I challenged her diagnosis, which was not correct by the way. People like her are why I don't use the health care system until pain or infection is to much. She was awful and i will let all my friends and family know not to use Maine General if they can help it.
