Yes, I had to phone three times to the office to ask what my radiology results were. Still did not have a provider get back to me. Finally, on the third time, your data processor read my radiology report to me. Still have not had a provider get back to me. Really, really bad service.

Karley and Megan are awesome and I'm thankful they are part of my care team.

People were very helpful and tests were done as needed and were results were fairly quick. Keep up the good work.?

Karley is wonderful. She is thoughtful in her approach and provides great education to allow me to participate in decision-making. I'm truly glad she is my provider.

Pleasant staff and on schedule to appointment time

It was uneventful, no delays, professional.

Karley was the third provider I have seen since mine left and she certainly didn't seem like she cared, which goes against all her positive reviews. I think what happens is the providers all "talk" and get bias opinions and patients do not get a fair chance to form a relationship with new providers.

I felt dismissed and rushed. I was told I could make another appointment if I had anything else to discuss. Had I known I wasn't going to be able to discuss all my concerns I would have prioritized them rather than talking about the same issues that were still lingering since last visit.

Very impressed with the service, the caring employees and the fair waiting time. The wait time when calling and setting up an appointment was quicker than expected, and that was for at least 3 calls in a row. As a marketing professional I was more than impressed in the overall service provided to me. Thank you maine general.

My appointment went very well. Karley Cowing was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable about my medications and adjusted them accordingly.

Karley did a thorough examination. She had me move my arm in a variety of positions and also moved my arm herself to determine where the pain in my shoulder comes from. Based on that she offered to order an x-ray which I declined. We decided that PT would be a good first step and she put through a request. Karley is always professional and explains things very clearly. Also, she is very personable and patient.

The MA was great, kind, upbeat and got me roomed quickly. I have a severe allergy to the Covid vaccine and was asked if I wanted a booster, I feel like that should have been avoided. As a new visit with my PCP I feel I had to advocate more for my self than I would have liked to and do not feel my history was fully looked at before the appointment. I know she is busy and has so many patients to see each day. She was kind and it was a good visit overall.

This was the best experience we've had at Fam Med. First- the triage nurse leading to the appt was stellar in helping me problem-solve. Clone her! Then- Karley Cowing is an excellent listener and insightful person: No condescension and no rush, just careful listening and sensitive, informed responses. Seriously excellent encounter.

After my visit with Karley I was taken to the checkout area to wait for someone to take me down for an Xray. After waiting for 15 minutes no one had showed up. I stepped over to the checkout window to tell them no one has come up to get me yet. Someone from the checkout area came out and took me down to the Xray area. I was not happy with the wait. It seems I was forgotten about.

I was treated very well by the Med Tech and my doctor. My questions were answered extremely well and encouraged to call at any time I need medical attention. Very helpful to make me understand how my body functions work with each other.!

Staff was very great and it was a nice visit. Very satisfying experience.

My doctor was a very good doctor. She listened to me and helped me make some changes and got me some medicine that I needed for my problems and gave me, and they got me a flu shot and that was good.

I receive good care. But the yearly physical is not so hands on.
