The MA was great, kind, upbeat and got me roomed quickly. I have a severe allergy to the Covid vaccine and was asked if I wanted a booster, I feel like that should have been avoided. As a new visit with my PCP I feel I had to advocate more for my self than I would have liked to and do not feel my history was fully looked at before the appointment. I know she is busy and has so many patients to see each day. She was kind and it was a good visit overall.

This was the best experience we've had at Fam Med. First- the triage nurse leading to the appt was stellar in helping me problem-solve. Clone her! Then- Karley Cowing is an excellent listener and insightful person: No condescension and no rush, just careful listening and sensitive, informed responses. Seriously excellent encounter.

After my visit with Karley I was taken to the checkout area to wait for someone to take me down for an Xray. After waiting for 15 minutes no one had showed up. I stepped over to the checkout window to tell them no one has come up to get me yet. Someone from the checkout area came out and took me down to the Xray area. I was not happy with the wait. It seems I was forgotten about.

I was treated very well by the Med Tech and my doctor. My questions were answered extremely well and encouraged to call at any time I need medical attention. Very helpful to make me understand how my body functions work with each other.!

Staff was very great and it was a nice visit. Very satisfying experience.

My doctor was a very good doctor. She listened to me and helped me make some changes and got me some medicine that I needed for my problems and gave me, and they got me a flu shot and that was good.

I receive good care. But the yearly physical is not so hands on.

Great bedside manner. It's nice to not be talked to like a human.

Karley was able to find a fistula and a discharge of the vagina that had been looked at by other doctors for the last five years. She could find it in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this girl to anybody that needs an excellent doctor, thank you.

Lately my experience has been impossible to be seen by my assigned PA so I have a new one every time I make an appointment. Each time I see a new PA it is like starting over again on medical history. Quite frustrating.
