I went to my doctor. I got x-rays for my back then my doctors sent me to an emergency room. What for I have not a clue because I went to the emergency room and I waited four hours all by myself outback no one around I sit there for four hours no one to talk to nothing and they did absolutely nothing. A doctor finally came out four hours later and told me that he didn't do that kind of healing so he sent me home without doing anything. I was really confused , but I went home because it was after five so I couldn't call my doctors office so I started calling in the morning and they never called me back. I called there five times to talk to a nurse and no nurse ever called me back. I also called my pain management doctor at PHYSIATRY, and they told me to go back to my primary care doctor to find out what is going on with my bag, I was just getting the runaround with a bad back at that. So now where do I go from here? I also asked him to give me a referral so I could go to Portland Maine Medical Center but they wouldn't call me back if neither one of them could help me then I need to find some help. That's why I offered to go to main Medical Center.

Karen Longfellow did a very thorough and comprehensive job in explaining both what I'd gone through as well as what to expect and what path to take going forward. Highly recommended.

3.40 in the afternoon and I didn't get to see the physician's assistant for almost 45 minutes. So it was a long time sitting in the waiting room before I got a chance to go in while others who came in after me got to go first. Thank you.

As good as this visit was, the referral to an orthopedic was too far out, making me have to look for alternatives elsewhere. That hasn't materialized yet but if I can get in somewhere eles quicker, I will.

I was very impressed. I called later, around 3. I got in at 4.20. There were some cancellations. The front desk was great. Karen had a sense of humor about, I'm usually not a frequent flyer, so I've been there a lot, but she had a sense of humor about my situation, and we came up with a plan, and planned to try this, if that works, and then if that doesn't work, We'll try that. So I walked away knowing exactly what I had to do and was very happy and you guys are doing a great job. Your front end is really changing and it's really good. The flow seems to be really good. Professional and curtious

I was able to get everything done but it took longer than expected. As I needed to have extra things done. I do find it disturbing that after bloodwork without even a discussion medication is already on the list to be given for diabetes! Like what about diet, exercise... options! No! I am not just going to blindly accept that is my ONLY route or my only option! What is the ROOT cause. How can I improve to fix that root cause. Oh and what about my primary reason for going to the doc in the first place. Still waiting to hear back from X-ray. The entire medical process is disappointing. The people I met with were great and this is by no means their fault. Medical facilities as a whole need to do better.

The staff and facility is lovely all around and it is very convenient to have this location so close to home.

Professional friendly staff from the moment I walked in. I can honestly say I was uncertain how the treatment would be from a greetings standpoint and was pleasantly surprised.

Yes, thank you, God and the family. The reception people are very, very polite. When I went in to see the doctor or the physician's assistant, she wondered why I was there. What did I hope to accomplish? That really set me sideways. I couldn't believe. So there was no blood pressure. There was no temp taken. Nothing along that line. I explained about an ongoing situation that makes me very, very nervous and I'm wondering where it's leading as far as my over a year complaint. So I wasn't terribly impressed. I appreciate being able to get in to see someone. I'm nervous about the type of response that I got and I don't think I've ever seen.

They forgot me and wasn't seen for an hour their treatment team is horrible

I felt as I was well taken care of, and was greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed to the practice. I also felt as though my questions were heard and answered.

It would be nice when you called Gardiner Family Medicine if you could get through, but you can never, ever, ever get through. I have to ride up the street to their office to make my appointment. I think that's awful. I think that you should be able to call in at least a reasonable amount of time, get some nurse to direct your call, but you don't. That's my problem. Has been for a long time. Karen Longfellow was absolutely fabulous. Wonderful. I was so pleased.
