Wonderful staff.

I thought that Dr. Bossie handled seeing me in a very efficient but friendly and appropriate way. I seemed to take time but not waste time. I just thought she was very pleasant and very efficient and very to the point and explained very well what she was saying.

Karen Bossie was an amazing doctor to meet with and I really appreciated how she saw me as a full person and I felt really heard. I felt like I was in good hands and since I started this medical journey, she was the first person that made me feel like I will be okay and I greatly appreciate her. So thank you. Yeah.

During checkout I felt like the scheduler was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was settled in my follow ups.

I have a OBGYN and an Orthopedic doctor along with a Physical therapy team with Maine General Health. I am on the waiting list to get a Primary Care Doctor there. I have been very happy and satisfied with all my care with Maine General.

Katen Bossie is an excellent doctor and a genuine human being. She delivered my son 20 yrs ago and has been an integral part of my womans health care since. The ultrasound technician was also understanding of my severe anxiety regarding medical procedures and listened to me and made me feel at ease through an uncomfortable procedure.

This was my first time at any MaineGeneral practice or facility and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.

While I have family members that have not had a good experience at Maine General, I always have found my care to be exceptional!

The patient waiting area is so huge , like a fancy resort . Would rather the hospital had more in patient rooms and less luxury in the corridors and waiting areas second floor . So could the hospital do some converting ?

She was very nice sat down talked with me I didn't feel rushed, took her time and asked if I had any questions or if she could help with anything.

The medical assistant and Dr. Bossie were both great. I experienced a vasovagal reaction, which was really embarrassing, but they were very attentive, caring, and helpful throughout. I truly appreciated their support during that moment-I felt genuinely cared for, which isn't something you always experience these days.

My doctor was great and I would definitely recommend her, but the feedback I have that is negative is that I can't get back in contact with them to set up my appointment to have surgery. Nobody's calling me back, so that's a downfall. Thanks.

Parking lot was terrible handicapped parking was full of cars without the disabled plate or placard making me late

Everytime I visit the OBGYN office, everyone is very friendly. Karen Bossie is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain my procedure to me in detail before she begins. I can also appreciate the follow through that I receive after leaving the office. Karen and her staff are always quick to relay my results in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of the care I receive from Dr. Bossie.

Dr Bossie is a wonderful physician- warm, clinically astute, has the best bedside manners, makes patients feel she has time for them despite her busy practice. You should give her a big raise and commendation for all she brings to the community. I did notice the shared front desk staff taking a call from what sounds like a demanding Urology patient. The staff put this person on hold, to discuss what to do/ vent to her coworker, dramatically mimicking what the patient was saying. I recognize the front desk staff deal with a lot of sometimes unreasonable patients, but suggest just the same they be coached on maintaining proper professional decorum when someone is checking in or out and thereby potentially witnessing that exchange as I did. Perception of care starts when they say hello. This is not a complaint, just an observation. I don't think that staff was directly rude to the patient on the phone, and I have empathy for their hard job of fielding multiple calls. I know full well they are on the receiving end of rudeness from patients. Maybe you should pay them well too. Also, I DO NOT give permission for this survey to be made public; this is just to give you feedback on how to improve operations. Thank you.

Dr Bossie is the BEST! She is always prepared, listens intently, researches questions she doesn't know the answer to, and contacts me in a most timely manner with answers that I can understand. The Best doctor around!

Dr. Bossie is theis one of the nicest doctors I've ever had. She is sweet and always has a smile on her face. I just LOVE her!

Very caring and compassionate staff

The visit didnt go well at all. I have a history of always flunked 1 hr glucose test. They should just automatically make me do the three hr to save us all time. What also got me was the comments saying well even if you pass the three hour maybe we should still just make you take your blood sugar levels etc. Since you seem to grow big babies and even if you pass test maybe you still need to be treated as a fail. If you even want to have a chance a a vagina birth was also said. The other two doctors have already set forth a plan and told me there is no issue with a vagina birth if messure smaller or similar size to my last birth. Made me feel like why bother taking the test being talked to and treated that way. She also made comments how big my belly was at almost 27 weeks. She messured down too far from where eithier one other other Dr's have and I've been going right on point of where I should be.

Dr. Bossie is exceptional in all ways. Skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate and an outstanding communicator. Her assistant Bri was also very pleasant and efficient
