I was amazed at how kind and pleasant everyone was that I came into contact with, I'm not one to go to Dr appts because they always make me uneasy, but everything was great from time I walked in until I left.

I always appreciate how quickly i get seen there!

What I appreciate MOST about this survey is the opportunity to express myself without canned choices only! The Gardiner Express care was a very good experience!

I thought she did a pretty good job. She told me what I should do, and I told her what I've been doing. She said, that's good. And I thought it was in there quick and out. That's what I like. She didn't see the doctor and get out. I thought that was pretty quick. OK, thanks, everybody.

First question, I hit no by accident, but it was supposed to be a four. That's all I asked for. Everything was satisfactory, and I'm just fine.

I was so impressed with Kara the P A . She was through and explained my situation in so professionally. I felt so much better just a day after seeing her. The mediation was right on!! I will not hesitate to recommend Express care to anyone. Great positive experience.

I can say every single PA that I have had has been excellent.

Registration staff got paper towels to catch bleeding and called for a nurse to come get me quickly. Nurse and physician took great care of my wound and we found things to laugh about to relieve my stress.

Yes, they were very helpful, told me that I had to have a CAT scan. I went to the hospital. I had gone to the hospital the night before and sat there for six hours with no care at all. And with her sending a message over to the doctor, sending a message over to the hospital, it really helped me out tremendously and they took really good care of me. So I really would come to the Express Care again. Thank you.

It was easy talking with the provider and the medication she prescribed for my swollen finger has helped 100% It is totally gone now even though I still have 2 dosed to take. The swelling was from a cat bite. (not intentional - just an excitable older kitten.

The staff here have medical knowledge so overwhelming they are most likely to cure cancer.

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Our wait time was minimal, maybe 15 minutes, which was quite remarkable. I felt really listened to. Every part of the experience, not wanting to be there, did come out well. I felt, you know, listened to. I felt taken care of. It was the second or third time in several years that I've used the service, and each time it's been very superior and highly recommended. I wish I didn't have to use it, but I'm glad it's there for when it's necessary.

My service was fast. It was friendly. It was efficient. They were very, very nice to me and they were very thorough.

I was impressed with Kara, how quickly she assessed what was going on and how clearly she articulated what it was that my needs were and what I had, what I was dealing with. So I appreciated that. And it was well written out clearly when I got the paperwork back from the office. Thank you.

Always a great experience at Gardiner Express Care

It was terrible, my primary care provider told me to go to the emergency room to check myself in and get an MRI, and then Maine general medical center denied me an MRI. I even offered to pay for it. Now I go back on a waiting list and who knows how long it will take.

Everyone was great and the doctor was fantastic.

I was in dire straits, had been bit by a tick, and been bedridden for three solid days with severe pain. And they were very attentive to my needs and gave me the information I needed. And then they directed me to the emergency room as soon as possible, where I received the best of care. Thank you very much for all the help you've given me.

My care provider was an excellent listener and has really taken care of me to help me get threw this time of sickness. Following thru and making sure I am getting the care I need.

Very convoluted process. Had to go to Augusta for X-ray then back to Gardiner for a splint. The splint didn't work I had to go back to Gardiner the following day. Now I have to go to orthopedic to get the real fix for my ankle. I wish I had gone to the emergency room in Augusta instead, they would have done it all in one stop. Very disappointed when you are in pain and get such a run around. Nothing negative about the staff, it is the process that doesn't work for the patient.

Yes, Express Care is something that I don't think the communities can do without anymore. I go there quite often and I do tell people about it and I think it's wonderful, a wonderful thing because you have things that come up and you can't get into the primary care for a while. So it's really a wonderful convenience. More than that, it's a lifesaver sometimes. Thank you so much. Bye, bye.
