I had a very positive experience, I felt heard and left with a plan for recovery.

So the staff was very professional and helpful and it was much, much quicker than even the urgent care I normally go to. So yeah, whatever you guys are doing, just keep doing. I know you guys actually have to listen to these reviews, so you guys are doing a good job. Thank you.

I thought my visit went very well. I thought that the lady at the front desk was very kind, especially when people were coming up and asking about wait times. I thought that the provider was very helpful, and I thought overall it was a very, very good experience. However, it was a very long wait. It was a busy day, so I think I have to wait a couple of hours. But overall, You can't help when people are sick, but I thought people were patient and moving patients along as quickly as they could. So I thought that was well done. Thank you.

The wait time and the small waiting area with so many sick people all over not in designated areas for sick had a lot of worried. When not here for sickness. Mainly a place for the louder people to go and not be so triggered by mental heath issues. Child was there and screamed the whole 2. 1/2 hours I was there parents tried but need a place for them to go as to not disturb everyone else.

I had excellent, excellent care. I really don't know how they could improve. The care team took really, really good care of me. I don't know, they're great.

Always good to when I go there. Very professional, very nice people. They helped me out what I want. I'm glad they're there. And Merry Christmas and check it for calling and checking up on me.

I never had a team that would come close to the Nurses that cared for me. Your highest rating on the survey doesn't come close to the job my nurses did.

I was amazed at how kind and pleasant everyone was that I came into contact with, I'm not one to go to Dr appts because they always make me uneasy, but everything was great from time I walked in until I left.

I thought she did a pretty good job. She told me what I should do, and I told her what I've been doing. She said, that's good. And I thought it was in there quick and out. That's what I like. She didn't see the doctor and get out. I thought that was pretty quick. OK, thanks, everybody.

First question, I hit no by accident, but it was supposed to be a four. That's all I asked for. Everything was satisfactory, and I'm just fine.

I can say every single PA that I have had has been excellent.

Registration staff got paper towels to catch bleeding and called for a nurse to come get me quickly. Nurse and physician took great care of my wound and we found things to laugh about to relieve my stress.

Yes, they were very helpful, told me that I had to have a CAT scan. I went to the hospital. I had gone to the hospital the night before and sat there for six hours with no care at all. And with her sending a message over to the doctor, sending a message over to the hospital, it really helped me out tremendously and they took really good care of me. So I really would come to the Express Care again. Thank you.

It was easy talking with the provider and the medication she prescribed for my swollen finger has helped 100% It is totally gone now even though I still have 2 dosed to take. The swelling was from a cat bite. (not intentional - just an excitable older kitten.

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Our wait time was minimal, maybe 15 minutes, which was quite remarkable. I felt really listened to. Every part of the experience, not wanting to be there, did come out well. I felt, you know, listened to. I felt taken care of. It was the second or third time in several years that I've used the service, and each time it's been very superior and highly recommended. I wish I didn't have to use it, but I'm glad it's there for when it's necessary.

My service was fast. It was friendly. It was efficient. They were very, very nice to me and they were very thorough.

I was impressed with Kara, how quickly she assessed what was going on and how clearly she articulated what it was that my needs were and what I had, what I was dealing with. So I appreciated that. And it was well written out clearly when I got the paperwork back from the office. Thank you.

Always a great experience at Gardiner Express Care

It was terrible, my primary care provider told me to go to the emergency room to check myself in and get an MRI, and then Maine general medical center denied me an MRI. I even offered to pay for it. Now I go back on a waiting list and who knows how long it will take.
