Scheduling was very good for this procedure, however, scheduling at Maine general is poor to very poor for most of my other appointments.

Julie was very helpful with post-op concerns and I immediately felt she was trustworthy and competent. She was also very kind.

Everyone was very friendly and polite from registration to discharge from my surgery. They seemed very prompt and understood once I was awake it was my desire to get home as soon as I could. Although arrival time seemed a bit early considering the time the surgery was scheduled for everyone make sure I was comfortable and ready for when the surgery was scheduled for. Unlike my surgery 2 months ago at the Lewiston hospital. i would definitely recommend the hospital and all the staff that was involved in my care.

This appointment was not a necessary appointment. It was scheduled for me and uploaded into the portal when I arrived. Julie Cummings stated that it was an appointment that didn't need to be made. So I spent time, money, energy, and will likely be billed for an office visit that wasn't necessary.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. I had an episode of getting lightheaded and actually wet myself. And it was embarrassing. It was mortifying. And yet, the staff there were wonderful. I appreciate everything they did and everything they do every time I'm there. Love the team. They're fantastic. And FYI, the anesthesiologists, they did my surgery. was equally fantastic. So again, all around, thank you.

Julie was warm and friendly. She assured me the surgery went well, said the area was healing, and that the skin graft looked good. She scheduled me for a follow up visit in 3 weeks. The whole experience was great.
