Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. I had an episode of getting lightheaded and actually wet myself. And it was embarrassing. It was mortifying. And yet, the staff there were wonderful. I appreciate everything they did and everything they do every time I'm there. Love the team. They're fantastic. And FYI, the anesthesiologists, they did my surgery. was equally fantastic. So again, all around, thank you.

Julie was warm and friendly. She assured me the surgery went well, said the area was healing, and that the skin graft looked good. She scheduled me for a follow up visit in 3 weeks. The whole experience was great.

This practice along with all of the staff I have come in contact with are all phenomenal. They are professional, knowledgeable and very caring.

It is a common issue across all offices I have gone to that the checkin staff do not speak loud enough for me to hear. The distance between myself end them plus add in the glass, makes it hard to hear. I am sure I am not the only person with this issue.

Maine General Plastic Surgery team is beyond excellent! Their knowledge, professionalism and care of their patients rates perfectly! Julie Cummings is one of the most compassionate, intelligent medical professionals I've ever interacted with a medical situation. You are so incredibly fortunate to have her on your team!

Julie is the BEST! She is so friendly and personable. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so accommodating and helpful. When you ask her a question she not only answers but explains to you why that is her answer, which really makes you feel confident in her care. I only wish she were my regular doctor and not someone I was only briefly going to be seeing.

She was very informative and caring. Explained what she was doing and what to expect after the appointment. Great job, great personality, and definitely knows what she is doing.

Everyone at Maine General were extremely friendly, kind and professional. I arrived at wrong entrance and two staff members went out of their way to take me to the correct location. Both check in and check out receptionists were also very pleasant to deal with. Julie did a great job and provided me with all info I needed and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Julie. :)
