Josh was excellent! I had been to the ER and it was a horrible experience, seeing Josh eased my mind. He explained my treatment clearly and next steps.

It seems like the main general patient portal website that I access does not have accurate, up-to-date information. My insurance carrier doesn't seem to be accurately reflected on not just my records at home, but also the records in the office, and I'm not sure why.

Everyone is kind and knowledgeable about your care.

The only thing that would make express care better would be to have a separate waiting room for people with young children so that they could be safe. The day I went there was a man with two young children who kept running out the door, having a place where parents could sit while the kids had some toys to play with in an enclosed room would be much safer as the front doors lead right out to the parking area and a busy road.

This was my first appointment with Joshua Smestad PA as I am a new patient since Northern Lights shut down in my area. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. I no longer have any anxiety about having to change doctors.

Josh had phenomenal bedside manner. Great personality and professionalism made the experience very enjoyable despite the circumstances surrounding the need for treatment. Any time I started speaking, he would immediately stop typing and turn to face me, giving me his undivided attention. 10/10 experience!

I find that all the staff goes out of their way to make sure you know what they're doing and what it means and what it means especially to your position at this point! I also have been connected without side groups for other health care problems as well. I don't feel but I could be afforded any better health care anywhere else. I am completely satisfied and have absolute trust in all the staff!

I was very impressed that when I came in, they were able to get me in to see a provider. Before that, when I called, there was no availability due to schedule for the doctors there, but was glad that the receptionist was able to see that he had had, obviously, a cancellation and was able to get me in, and I was very pleased with that. And for that, I'm very grateful. And what he did for care, obviously it is helping, and I'm very grateful for that. Thank you very much.

This facility could not provide a better service unless they lived in your home with you! I think that's the best description I can provide that should answer any questions anyone has about the care at this facility. Trust me when I say, I feel like I'm in good hands.

I told the nurse that they had requested a colonoscopy at my last appointment and no one had reached out to me. She assured me she would go immediately and find out why I hadn't been called yet and if she couldn't get it done before I left would certainly call me and let me know. it's been two days and of course still have not called me so I'm pretty sure that she forgot to do that
