Dr. Lopes is an excellent doctor. He has my full confidence. There is a terrible problem with people answering the phones and returning calls in a timely manner. It took me a week of calling to get a prescription from a NP and then a diffmedication called in by doctor. I was not notified to change medications. Third prescription was called in two days later. Never received call from the office. This was an infection that got worse for the week delay and them not right medication. This was a medical issue and should have been answered in a timely manner.

The doctor really cares about my health. He not only wants to take care of the problem but wants to get a grip on what is causing the problem so that it will not happen again. He answers questions. He talks about a variety of solutions. He is honest with me.

I felt he treated me as though I was wasting his time and he asked me why I was there and I told him what my doctor told me. As I shared this information with him, I watched and he rolled his eyes and shook his head which made me question if he was questioning the authenticity of what I was telling him, or was irritated at the information I was told by my doctor. Either way, I felt disrespected and hurt and really don't care for his bedside manner.

Yeah, the scheduling of my appointment was messed up. I went two other times and that wasn't the date and they gave me the wrong information the first couple of times. But it was figured out and we were able to get an appointment later in the month.

Dr lopes is very much up to speed on my health situation and concise in his observations and treatment options

Dr Lopes was very knowledgeable about my medical health and we both agree ? with his discussion. I'm very happy with it.

Augusta Urology canceled me the day before due to an emergency. We had a serious issue that needed immediate attention. Augusta could have squeezed me like Waterville did because I had a cancer diagnosis. But they scheduled me a month later. We called Waterville, they listened to us and called back and made an appointment for the next day. Next appointments were made quickly too.

Super friendly staff from the moment, I walked through the front door until the time I left. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous.

I never actually saw the doctor. I was left in the room for over 40 minutes. I had to leave for another appointment. This is the second time I was left in a room for way too long.

Dr lopes was very good and I will be getting back to him when I have the work done on my heart first. He said that's a good idea before going ahead of doing anything for the work needed to be done with me having a good heart is a good idea before going through surgery.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Although this was my first appointment there, Dr. Lopes seemed to know what was happening, explained the ailment to me and after, offered 3 different options he wanted me to consider. I chose the middle one, a conservative one as I had just gone thru some Cancer treatment earlier this year and this had me worried. I'll have it rechecked in 3 months and go from there. He did put my mind at ease.

Dr. Lopes was so nice and made me feel like he really had my best interest in mind when making decisions about my care plan. He listened to my concerns and explained things to me in a way that made sense.

Between the Physician and the Office help they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The Physician answered all of my questions. He even escorted me to the exit.

Dr Lopes is a great fit for me. The only issue I have is communication through the portal and when you have to make the occasional phone call it can be difficult to get someone on the phone or a response. I am notified by email and text but those notifications have conflicting information. The automated information is fantastic as long as it is maintained and updated.

Yes, I'd like to thank them. I can't hear that well. They went out of their way to help me. And they were really good, the nurse and the urologist and the people there. I really want to thank them. Thanks a lot. OK.

I have always from my first time meeting Dr. Lopes, felt I was with the right doctor. I am at ease in the room with him. Two surgeries later he monitors my blood work and meets with me regularly. That alone is comforting to know someone actually cares about their patient. The people who assist are awesome even though they rotate they remain consistent in nature.

Address for appointment was emergency room instead of main entrance. No instructions to go to 2nd floor. Required personnel to show me how to get to uerology and back to exit. Hospital could reduce staff simply by giving better instructions

It went good. I am satisfied with the visit. I didn't wait that long to be seen by the doctor and he did what I asked him to do and answered all questions. I left feeling good about the visit.

Check-in lady was very friendly and welcoming. So was the doctor's assistant. Greatly appreciated the doctor's strait forward answers especially regarding someone my age. Also very friendly and patience. Would like him as my PCP, but won't be possible.
