Jordan is an amazing provider. She never rushes and appointment and makes sure the patient has all the information they need to make informed decisions. She is interested in working as a team with patients rather than just dictating treatments. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a PCP. The nurses and admin staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Jordan and staff listen to us and treat us with care, concern and respect. They include us in all decisions and make sure we understand all aspects of our treatment.

More information should have been given to me ahead of time about lab work so I wouldn't have waited in line for more than a half hour to find out nothing had been ordered.

I don't feel like I was heard. I have a history of infections that need antibiotics to treat, but they won't give them to me. I feel like I have to beg for something I know my body needs. I do not ask for treatment unless I need it!
