Everyone was kind, helpful and doctor was reassuring and seemed very competent in his treatment of my condition.

Dr Karnes showed compassion and easily explained what he needed to for treatment. He was quick and very thorough in administering the liquid nitrogen. I was given instructions for care and a follow-up appointment. I was in and out of my exam within 25 minutes . The front office staff were able to schedule my appointment within a day of our call.

As I have found with other offices, the RNs are far less helpful than the receptionists and doctor.

All experiences have been A+

Unfortunately, the prescribed medication was denied by Medicare, so I won't be using it. Not a big deal. It might have been nice, but it doesn't seem like a problem. My current self-care should resolve the issue, just might take longer!

Dr Karnes saved my everyday life 8 year's ago and still to this day continues to have the knowledge to keep helping me, I wish more doctors were like him!

Grateful for having Dr. Karnes available to us here at the Thayer unit's Waterville facilities. Convenience is a significant factor as we Baby Boomers age out. Dr. Karnes is a no-nonsense amiable practitioner and always a welcoming pleasure to meet with.

Staff are pleasant and caring. Dr Karnes has a genuinely caring bedside manner. With all my family's history of skin cancer, I am lucky to have him and his staff keeping and eye on me.

First dermatologist appt., and Dr. Karnes was very thorough in looking at the spots on face and body, gave me options as to treatment. The derm tech was also very friendly and professional as well, overall a good experience.
