This team is always helpful, everyone from initial check-in thru the entire appointment. The Nurses and Provider as well. Haven't had a bad visit in the many years I've been seen for this dermatology issue.

Everyone was kind, helpful and doctor was reassuring and seemed very competent in his treatment of my condition.

Dr Karnes showed compassion and easily explained what he needed to for treatment. He was quick and very thorough in administering the liquid nitrogen. I was given instructions for care and a follow-up appointment. I was in and out of my exam within 25 minutes . The front office staff were able to schedule my appointment within a day of our call.

As I have found with other offices, the RNs are far less helpful than the receptionists and doctor.

Unfortunately, the prescribed medication was denied by Medicare, so I won't be using it. Not a big deal. It might have been nice, but it doesn't seem like a problem. My current self-care should resolve the issue, just might take longer!
