It was a very quick appt and the staff was very professional.

It was my first time there. He had my X-rays but they didn't show everything he wanted to see so I allowed more to be taken. He fitted me for something he called a thumb splint. Amazingly, it has reduced the pain I was experiencing. He also gave me a procedure which is to help me with my range of motion in that wrist. It's too soon to know if it will but I am hopeful. I was expecting a good result and I was right. I thank God/ Jesus for knowledgeable specialists.

I know that it's routine for the medical team involved but they talk so fast, sometimes it was hard to keep up with all the information provided. I appreciate that I was able to have my appointment sooner than expected.

The procedure was quick and painless with local anesthesia. The team was very friendly and put me at ease

the process went through, it was done very professionally and yet very unfeeling, not very friendly. And that's about it.

Referral was made by a Maine general doctor to an orthopedic in the same building. He knew nothing about tests that I had done before the appointment. I'll go somewhere else for specialist in the future

He had no personality. He did not care who I was or explain to me what he saw on the x-rays. He did not tell me this was the main issue and we are in the thumb. It was nothing. I don't recommend him.

Everyone I encountered were very nice and easy to talk to. Also everyone is very knowledgeable with what they are doing. Thank you for having wonderful employees.

Dr Thaller was fantastic

I have returned to Dr Thaller several times, as he is both considered a hand specialist, and was the surgeon who did my carpal tunnel surgery. He has not demonstrated an active interest in subsequent pathologies, but has been responsive to my requests, and those of the external specialists I obtained referrals to, in terms of additional diagnostic and non-surgical treatment recommendations.

Dr. Thaller exceeded my expectations. My last injection lasted almost 2 years but it left my hand bruised and took awhile to relieve my pain. Dr. Thaller's injection immediately gave me relief with no bruising.

I feel the check in area was confusing, what patient had checked in ?most were sitting a few standing, how are you to know if "cutting the line" I was asking people myself if they had. Mgmc lab has a number to take, maybe something to consider as there are many services in this 1 building

Dr. Thaller is the reason I came and he is excellent. Some of the staff behaved like automatic machines, not personable.
