John C. Hickey, MD, FAAP

So blessed my son hasn't seen a doctor since we moved back from Florida. Waterville pediatrics took him right in when we were going through a tough time with him being sick going on day five so glad to be back in doctor was amazing as always!

I just wanted to make a note that John Hickey has always been great and on point. John Hickey himself has always been on point, great, and always addressed anything and everything I've needed.

They're very friendly and make my girls very comfortable

Prior to Maine General taking over Wattle Pediatrics, we were using tablets for intake information and now it's reverted back to paperwork, which is extremely difficult when you have one parent and multiple children trying to fill out a form and keep them safe and supervise them in the waiting area and or the patient area.

The providers here at this office are always amazing and always make me and the children feel very comfortable.

John Hickey is a wonderful doctor. He has always been good to my children and I always look forward to seeing him even if it's when we really don't want to be seeing him but he's a great doctor.

Dr. Hickey was very funny and very relaxing. My son has ADHD and generalized anxiety and Dr. Hickey made him feel very relaxed and was joking with him and made me feel relaxed. We really appreciated Dr. Hickey. He was wonderful. He was a wonderful doctor.

We really appreciate Dr. John. He has a very friendly and sweet and fun relationship with our son, and we really look forward to seeing him every year.

We just wanted to note that Dr. Hickey is wonderful and we always enjoy our visits with him. He's very thorough and great with our son.

Dr. Hickey was very, he was very friendly, personable. He put me at ease when I had, I brought my daughter in with a concern for a bad chest cough for an infant. And he listened and he explained what he felt and felt that she was fine. We needed to just continue what we were doing. Dr. Hickey was very patient with my questions. He was very understanding and he was really kind and great with the baby. I had a great experience and I hope to see him soon again. Thank you.

Had to call multiple times to get an appointment. Scheduling took longer than I expected. Tried to schedule yearly appointment for other son atthe end of this appointment and was unsuccessful due to the system being down. Was supposed to receive a phone call the next day to schedule appointment. Did not receive phone call. Overall extremely hard to get a hold of and it was never this difficult in the past. Also I was a little surprised that my sons primary doctor had no idea that he broke his arm 2 months ago. Sounds like doctors don't communicate anymore.
