I'm still undiagnosed and basically a guinea pig. I've been prescribed more medication that has hurt me than helped me. I'm sorry to say. Seriously need to reevaluate what should be prescribed for what.

I had a great experience with the internal medicine team however, I was not impressed with the imaging registration process. The line was eight deep and the registration staff was very slow and seemed a bit confused on the process with a computer system. The imaging staff itself was very good.

John Grandy is an exceptional care provider. He listens to my complaints and questions, providing thoughtful and professional answers or refers me for further diagnostics if necessary. He spends time with me and doesn't rush the visit as some other providers have done in the past. He acts in a professional and caring manner and I trust his judgment completely.

I was able to get a cancellation appt with John Grandy instead of going to Express Care again. John was great. His recommended treatment was familiar from my past and made sense to me. Very personable. I appreciate the good notes he left in my chart, which I reviewed later

I waited till 9:15 for a 8:50 appointment in the waiting room. After the nurse was finished I waited another 15minutes for the doctor to come in. I needed a blood draw had to go to the lab where I waited40 minutes for the blood draw

I called the office in the morning and they were able to get me in three hours later. I very much appreciated it. Excellent service and medical care. Dr. Grandy explained to me why oxycodone really was not good for me and why he writing a prescription of Tizanidine for my back muscles. I very much appreciated the explanation. Very nice doctor and very nice staff.

The PCP part of my ongoing care seems to work quite well. I am disappointed in the lack of cohesion between MG and Maine Health. The systems don't seem to talk to each other.
