Not enough time to cover my health concerns. I think he didnt realize how many issues I needed to discuss as he chose to use time to talk about his own life. He cut me off describing an abdominal pain issue saying he had to get to his next appt. (I was not late either, that wasn't the issue, I just had a long list of concerns and he would take them one at a time).

I had a great experience with my visit, but when you asked me the first question, I answered wrong on that. It should have been a four instead of a one. But no, everybody was great and I got in just exactly the right time as I needed. Thank you.

They told when I told them I had a lump under arm pit and was sore plus had some bleeding in butt doctor told me to put hot water on it and dismissed me a referral to my cancer doctor to get further testing

I'm still undiagnosed and basically a guinea pig. I've been prescribed more medication that has hurt me than helped me. I'm sorry to say. Seriously need to reevaluate what should be prescribed for what.

I had a great experience with the internal medicine team however, I was not impressed with the imaging registration process. The line was eight deep and the registration staff was very slow and seemed a bit confused on the process with a computer system. The imaging staff itself was very good.

I waited till 9:15 for a 8:50 appointment in the waiting room. After the nurse was finished I waited another 15minutes for the doctor to come in. I needed a blood draw had to go to the lab where I waited40 minutes for the blood draw

I called the office in the morning and they were able to get me in three hours later. I very much appreciated it. Excellent service and medical care. Dr. Grandy explained to me why oxycodone really was not good for me and why he writing a prescription of Tizanidine for my back muscles. I very much appreciated the explanation. Very nice doctor and very nice staff.
