Everyone was courteous and helpful and very efficient. I'm still waiting for my appointment for the MRI. I have heard nothing yet, but I know everybody's busy.

Jodi Cleaver was very helpful. She finally got me some medication for my pain (prednisone) and ordered my MRI.

Xrays were ordered for the wrong side of my foot. Even the doc who reads the xrays stated that. 2 days later and I have no idea if I broke my foot or not and no treatment. No follow up scheduled . Provider said I would be called by the next day. No call was ever made to me. Very disappointed

Never had a bad experience.

I was told not to go to the emergency room for my migraine and an appointment was made instead. I called back after having a migraine for 10 days stating I was told not to go to the ER. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they can't help and offered not a single bit of advice or recommendations to see a specialist. Then told to go the the ER. All the drs office did was force me to have a medical bill that was unnecessary so I'm finding a new practice to go to

Very pleased with the professional staff and Jodi Cleaver. Thorough explanations and all my questions to begin with were answered, with further discussion and tests as needed.

Moved to the area one year ago and it took all of that to find a provider within the Maine General Health Org

I went in for a physical, and cleaver didn't lay a finger on me and spoke about her vacation the entire hour appointment. I had numerous things I needed to talk about and never got the chance very disappointing

Everyone was helpful, from the lady who gave us directions from the er desk, to the lovely lady who checked us out. Ms Cleaver and her assistant were lovely.

I was glad that I had a good medical visit.

Jody Cleaver does a great job

I was pleased by the result of my appointment. Although I had never met Jody, I felt comfortable and at ease. I had tried to get in to seeing someone a few days earlier, but there was no opening. The person trying to schedule me was very understanding and compassionate. I felt positive about the entire experience.

This was the first time I was seen by Jodi. She took the time to review my history and listen to my concerns. I was very pleased with her professionalism as a provider.

My provider is extremely supportive and helpful. I never feel rushed and appreciate the time and attention I get with Jodi at Thayer internal medicine!

I have not heard from MG regarding my lab results nor referrals. The 'Wellness Visit' was basically something I could do at home .Is there such a thing as seeing an actual MD anymore

Went in thinking I had an UTI, never heard back from anyone. I know they were going to send to lab, but never got an update. It is now the weekend..no meds or idea on what is going on. So still have symptoms and no answers

My immediate first impression, she was professional but also very down-to-earth, which made a comfortable first visit. She had an approachable manner, and was relatable enough that I felt heard and comfortable sharing my concerns. I was just in for a yearly physical. This was my first time meeting Jodi. She was very nice, supportive and did not waist my time with useless things. Hopefully she stays around for a long time.
