Everyone was helpful, from the lady who gave us directions from the er desk, to the lovely lady who checked us out. Ms Cleaver and her assistant were lovely.

I was pleased by the result of my appointment. Although I had never met Jody, I felt comfortable and at ease. I had tried to get in to seeing someone a few days earlier, but there was no opening. The person trying to schedule me was very understanding and compassionate. I felt positive about the entire experience.

This was the first time I was seen by Jodi. She took the time to review my history and listen to my concerns. I was very pleased with her professionalism as a provider.

Went in thinking I had an UTI, never heard back from anyone. I know they were going to send to lab, but never got an update. It is now the weekend..no meds or idea on what is going on. So still have symptoms and no answers

My immediate first impression, she was professional but also very down-to-earth, which made a comfortable first visit.
