Hi, I was waiting in the waiting room for two and a half hours. They had told me that I could be fit in at 2:30. I didn't get in to see the doc until 4:30. And I didn't get out until almost 5.

It's always a pleasure to see my PCP ?

Dr. REATIRAZA is bright, up to date, personable, listens well, advises and prescribes knowledgebly, friendly, courteous, genuine. Thank you Dr. R.

Dr. Reatiraza is incredibly knowledgable with great insight and we always have a very good "back and forth" discussion...I trust her completely and value her advice!!!

I was not able to schedule with PCP, however was able to get in to see someone within the practice the next say. Also had a call back explaining my X-ray.

My wife and I have been blessed to have such a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable doctor. Her assistant and the front desk are all very pleasant to deal with. I went from regretting my yearly physicals, to looking forward to seeing Dr. Reatiraza.

I was given a new medication, which is well received, but the possible side effect of drowsiness or fatigue was never mentioned so I took it today during my work day and was immediately struggling in the office. I have also never had a provider mention my weight so much and use it as a reason for potential problems. They were almost surprised when I said it's never been talked about. They also didn't know ANY of my medical history. If finding a doctor wasn't impossible in this area I would probably consider switching again.

my physician Dr Jocelin is exceptional

My doctor is very thorough, professional and I feel very confident in her abilities.

My care team took the time to talk about my overall health and discuss a plan to improve my health.

Dr. Reatiraza is wonderful. I always feel like she takes the time to listen and she stays on top of any tests or procedures I need.

My first time seeing her but hoping I can stay with her as my regular NP is leaving.

The people in the office are excellent and professional and kind , knowledgeable . and helpful. The"health" team does not work. when I call to ask a question I get someone who relays the message and it doesn't seem to get to the doctor in a timely manner if at all.I feel like I am playing telephone and it is very annoying and frustrating. I just want a doctor who knows me and receptionists in the office who answer calls and then the nurse who takes my blood pressure , weight....Get rid of the heath team .The team is an extra layer of unhelpful bureaucracy. I stay with this practice because I am satisfied with the excellent doctors and nurses and I can not find another doctor near my home. Thank you.

I received prompt attention

Although the doctor I saw was over an hour behind, I felt like she tried to be as comprehensive and thorough as possible in the 20 minutes she was scheduled with me. We covered a lot very quickly and there were a lot of recommendations made as well as referrals. I hope that all referrals are seen through to completion as I have been lost in a black hole between providers before. I was also only able to be treated for my most acute problem on my appointment. I had to make another appointment for my other concerns.

The wait time was atrociously long and patients should be forewarned about that.

Unfortunately I had to wait nearly an hour and a half to get in to my doctor's appointment. I was just getting ready to reschedule and leave when I was finally called in for my appointment. Once I was brought in, the nurse and doctor were both very thorough and competent.

The wait time to get see anyone or for testing, is significant. Especially for pcp. Everyone is super nice and helpful at the hospital, as has every specialist I've seen. The pcp has long wait times for appointments, and even longer wait times in the office. If something I need to seen for I need to go to express care and wait there with other sick people for who knows how long. That's the only real feed back I have at this time.

Dr Reatiraza is very thorough and doesn't make you feel rushed in and out, which is so much better than most doctors currently. This being said because she is putting patients first and providing quality care appointments take longer than the scheduled time. I believe Maine General is asking doctors to schedule too many patients within the day which makes wait times very long if they are spending the time with their patients. Something to consider for future planning is quality over quantity.

Waiting time to long

She didn't really listen to the responses that I gave her and she didn't really make good recommendations. She kind of left it up to me without explaining the options very well at all.

It was very good.

Dr. Reatiraza is the best primary care physician I've ever had in my life. There's nothing she could improve upon. She is absolutely excellent and I'm thrilled to have her be my primary care doctor.

I waited an hr or better and was never even seen

Everyone who works at the office is wonderful. They're very helpful, very cheerful, take you on time, don't make you wait or stand in line or just everything is run very efficiently and done very well. And Dr. Reatiraza is just, she's a fantastic doctor. I enjoy her as a person. I enjoy her as a doctor. I feel very fortunate to go there.

I love my doctor. Only concern is have is getting appts for medical needs outside of that office. It seems to be a problem

Everyone there are very pleasant and kind.

I am not a fan of the way MaineGeneral operates. Too much computers, too little interpersonal interaction.

I don't now why they put you in a room and you have to sit in the hot room waiting for the doctor. I understand they may be running late but I hate sitting in the hit room waiting leave me on the waiting room until you know the doctor is ready. No wonder blood pressure is always high. Our time is worth money also.

Dr. Reatiraza is such a good listener and physician. She needs more time scheduled with her patients though. She ran late yesterday because she takes time. She is worth waiting for, but shouldn't have to run late because scheduling doesn't allow for enough time.

Dr. Reatiraza is a wonderful doctor, very thorough, and I was very pleased with her time and attentiveness to my needs.

Overall, I was satisfied with my visit and outcomes. My biggest concerns are that 1) My appointment was a 15 month wait to establish care with the doctor. I live less than 5 minutes from the office and never once got a call for a cancelation which seems crazy. 2) I was 10 minutes early for my 11:00 AM appointment. I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. After the initial discussion with the nurse, 35 more minutes to see the doctor. My time with Dr R was awesome and made the wait "acceptable". But over two hours for a 30 minute appointment is not ok.

My visit was aces.

As always Dr Reatiraza is competent, caring , knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions and concerns. Grateful to have her as my PCP

I waited 35 minutes beyond my appointment time. I left and never saw the doctor. Very unacceptable. Then I was told I could have done this remotely. No one ever offered this option. There was a woman there who was seeing the same doctor and she was still waiting to get in and had been 55 minutes. Things come up but no one ever came out to say they were running behind. My time is important to me but obviously not to the doctor. Was very disappointed with this visit.

My wait time for my appointment after I got into the medical room and the nurse took my vitals, it was almost 45 minutes before the doctor came in, which put my appointment very much behind.

My experience at the Oakland facility has always been extremely positive! I leave the facility feeling that my health needs, concerns, and questions are professionally addressed, answered, and satisfied on the part of Dr. J.R. and her health care team. Very personable, courteous, and polite! All of them! Maine General is very fortunate to have such dedicated health care professionals!

After blood test results the doctor said I would be called to schedule a 6 month appointment. I have not been called . There are significant problems with staff following the physician's orders. Staff tried to push my recent appointment for a physical forward 6 months. The doctor was not consulted. I was not consulted or verbally informed. i received a form letter. I had to strongly object to get the recent appointment date. My conversation with the office manager was not satisfactory.

I feel the doctor gives me the time needed to explain my lab tests and anything else that could possibly be happening with me.

It was good the doctor was great.

Dr & staff very friendly, respectful, courteous and informative for my annual check up. The lab tests were ordered at the time of the visit (very efficient)and sent directly to the lab.

My only complaint is my appointment was at 2:50 and I wasn't taken until after 4:00. Having to sit that long in the waiting room when you're sick is unacceptable.

It was a positive experience

This was my first visit since transferring my care from Northern Light Waterville to Maine General. They did a great job trying to understand my history & addressing my concerns during this visit.

Dr Reatiraza is wonderful! Unfortunately when communicating through the patient portal clinical questions, a medical assistant should not be responding. Especially if they don't understand medications, the multiple names they have or the ability to properly triage patients. This delayed my care because the individual had no clue what I was referring to. Is this even legal to have a non qualified individual responding to medical questions?

Jocelin is a wonderful physician. She is, she listens and she gives good feedback. I had another doctor at Oakland Family Medicine and I was not happy with her and I went from being really unhappy to just being delighted to meet with her every single time. And also her nurses that take your blood pressure and weight, they're all consistently caring and very precise and thoughtful.

Dr. Reatiraza is the best. I came to her with a faulty thyroid, in a wheelchair,100 pounds overweight. In two years, with-her guidance, I have lost 100 pounds, have two wonderful new knees, have thyroid under control, and most severe osteoarthritis symptoms treated well enough to kayak and hike! The orthopedic & physiatry team have changed my life!

I am happy to have met my new primary physician, Dr. Reatiraza.

I had never met this doctor. My PCP left and there was a lack of continuity of my care. I requested an appt to clarify some test results that had been left hanging. The doctor was excellent. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I left the visit with a clear plan and a follow up visit. Thank you

Dr. Jocelin Reatiraza is the most professional and knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen for care. I hope Mane General is able to keep excellent physicians at this caliber in our local area.

The wait time was extensive. That being said once I met with the Dr she was very thorough and did not make me feel rushed. I think these doctors are being asked to see too many patients to stay properly on top of appointments and reviewing information and treatment plans. The facility itself didn't appear as clean and kept up as I would think it would be. The overall staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful experience from the second I walked through the door to leaving. I recommend Oakland Family is the BESTEST of the BESTEST ??

Dr. Reatiraza is an excellent Primary Care Physician who listens very well and I enjoy having her as my doctor. She knows what to do in my case with any med needs I may need, and her follow through is excellent.

Having moved from CT to Maine I have been told by many people that live in Maine that the health care in Maine is horrible. But I feel like i found a good doctor and think life will be good here in Maine

They do well with the influx of patients and everyone was really nice. I like Dr J as she explains things that make sense and I feel she listens to my health concerns and treats me like a human.
