I found the CMA to be the least friendly, least courteous CMA I've ever encountered...seriously. It made me nervous for my appointment. But then I met Jillian Flynn for the first time. I was absolutely impressed! What an amazing health provider. She was incredibly empathetic with all I've been through and am still going through. She talked me through everything and even waited to make decisions until she'd done a little research. I have had an incredibly challenging journey and she just helped me to believe that she's right there for me as I take the next steps forward. She called me as soon as the results from my bloodwork were in so that I could understand everything once again. If you know what I've been through, you would understand why life is pretty tough right now and you could appreciate even more how important it was for me to meet this wonderful professional. I cannot state enough how grateful I am for my visit with her and I can only hope that my PCP will not change again within a year. Please do everything you can to keep amazing people like her!

I am always blown away by the care and promptness of care I receive. My provider and the support team is the best of the best at Augusta Family Medicine and Maine General as a whole.

This was my first time meeting Jillian. She was great! Jillian listen to my wishes and discussed my health plan including exercise, diet, and will check my levels of Vitamin D and calcium. I would recommend Jillian. I liked her very much.

I arrived to my appointment. The provider was late and reception only let me know that 10 minutes after my appointment time. they asked if I could reschedule. I have a very tight schedule at my job and could not. Luckily, a provider was able to see me which I appreciated and liked her very much, but I still had to wait long because of this and missed some of my work schedule, which in reality would not have happened if the appointment was on time .I am certain I overpaid for my co-pay and overheard reception talking about that as well. No one addressed this issue. In total, the visit was very disorganized and being an early morning appointment, I feel as though that shouldn't have been the case. In the future, if the provider is running late. They should let the patient know before their appointment and not 10 minutes past. I understand that issues happen however, that should've been a trust way before my appointment and I should have gotten a phone call before I took the time to come in.

My appointment was with a new Dr. And she was great really down to earth friendly and caring. I was very pleased with my visit.

The only reason they didn't know my medical history is this was my first visit at this office and with Jillian. Basically a get to know me visit. And I have a lot going on being diabetic with eye issues and other complications. But I was definitely satisfied with my care. She is very thorough and knowledgeable with confidence.
