Jillian Flynn, PA-C

I arrived to my appointment. The provider was late and reception only let me know that 10 minutes after my appointment time. they asked if I could reschedule. I have a very tight schedule at my job and could not. Luckily, a provider was able to see me which I appreciated and liked her very much, but I still had to wait long because of this and missed some of my work schedule, which in reality would not have happened if the appointment was on time .I am certain I overpaid for my co-pay and overheard reception talking about that as well. No one addressed this issue. In total, the visit was very disorganized and being an early morning appointment, I feel as though that shouldn't have been the case. In the future, if the provider is running late. They should let the patient know before their appointment and not 10 minutes past. I understand that issues happen however, that should've been a trust way before my appointment and I should have gotten a phone call before I took the time to come in.

My appointment was with a new Dr. And she was great really down to earth friendly and caring. I was very pleased with my visit.

PA Flynn was an excellent practitioner. She listened,,was very informative and answered all my concerns. Gave me a cortisol shot in my shoulder and did a great job. Very professional and thorough. Very satisfied with this visit. Thanks.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, competent, caring, and informative. My caregiver, Jillian Flynn is always down to earth, getting, and listens extremely well. She takes the time to explain things and it's easy to talk to.

What you did right was you got me right in. Second thing was no follow-up, no follow-up, no follow-up, no follow-up. There is no follow-up. So you would let go there and you're done.

The only reason they didn't know my medical history is this was my first visit at this office and with Jillian. Basically a get to know me visit. And I have a lot going on being diabetic with eye issues and other complications. But I was definitely satisfied with my care. She is very thorough and knowledgeable with confidence. I'm happy to have her.

I met with Jillian Flynn, PA as a follow up to a hospital stay for strokes, to primarily focus on controlling my diabetes. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My wife and I asked a lot of questions and she had answers or looked up my record for more detail.

Every time I go to Great oaks family medicine the staff the doctors the PAs the front desk are fantastic they make you feel welcome and if I have any questions for my doctors or PAs they have always answered me and help me with everything I've needed they are fantastic!!!!!

When you have to do a urine yo see if your taking yoyr medication you should always put the patients name on the container because they have done this twice to me woth no name on it. I don't like that at all.
