She is bright, she is comprehensive, she is kind and has a good bedside manner, and she is willing to accommodate at any time that we meet her between annual visits. I highly recommend Jill Colvin and I would recommend her to any other person that is looking for a dermatologist. She's identified several cancer, precancerous on my husband, has removed them, and she has also addressed my sebori keratosis as well. I think she's wonderful. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Colvin, I like her a lot. The medical assistant was great. I felt very comfortable with them. I do think though that the doctors should be allowed to have more time with the patient for a more in-depth check just in case there are other issues going on. They just should have more time at their appointment. 20 minutes is not long enough.

Dr. Colvin was the best. She described my problems to me clearly, succinctly, and offered options, and she couldn't have been any better than a dermatologist can be, so that's all I have to say.

Dr Colvin is so kind and gentle. She explains everything, gives me a say in my treatment and makes sure I am comfortable. Her nurse was equally friendly and caring in her part of the process. They both made what could be an unpleasant, painful experience with freezing growths and cutting skin for a biopsy, into as good an experience as possible.

I like my doctor and her nurse, they made me feel comfortable but I feel like the exam is too quick. I don't know much about how that little light works but just zooming it quickly up and down ones' body how can you tell if there's an off spot.

Dr. Colvin has been my dermatologist for several years, probably six or seven at the least. She's caring, she's determined to explain every procedure that I've had. She is wonderful and the staff has always been, always been cooperative and polite and take away every fear that I have and everything. Bad word, not fear, but anxiety. So I'm very pleased and I will continue to see her as long as she'll have me as a patient. I'm privileged to be one of her patients.

I let the reception desk know that the reminder wasn't received until 6:22pm the night before my 9:00am appt. She blew me off saying they weren't responsible for those. I mentioned to the provider about it and she told me she would speak with the office manager. That was the answer I expected from the reception desk.

Was checked in timely. Saw the Dr. at scheduled appointment time. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The patient entrances are horribly marked and the maps of the building are not near the entrance next to the patient parking lot (someone told me it is the old emergency room entrance). One staff member saw me trying to follow the wall signs (on LL1) and said that I should go to level 2 for the building map, there should be something CLEARLY marking the patient entrances and directing you to building maps if there cannot BE a building map at each entrance. It is like a maze and I do not go to the specialist regularly enough to learn how to navigate it well, I dread every time. It is incredibly stressful.

I rarely have to wait very long to be seen!

Office staff are professional, friendly, responsive. My questions are answered completely and if there is a procedure done, the after-care is explained clearly and written after-care is provided.
