The experience was great and the people were wonderful. However you all charge too much money and this corporate greed is why the American healthcare system is so messed up. Stop doing medicine for PROFIT and start doing it for the patients!!! You have too much upper management AND they treat their staff like crap. They are bullies and you know it!!!

They did really well. The medical assistant that helped me was very friendly, very cordial. The only problem is they do need to call me back to see when I need to have that skin biopsy. That was the only thing I haven't heard back from them yet. That's it. Thank you.

This was my first visit. First visits are difficult. I was informed that the MD was behind in seeing patients. My questions were answered. The exam was thorough. A remedy was proposed and a follow up visit to be scheduled.

I was seen on time and Dr. Colvin listened to my concerns and explained the treatment plan and what to expect after the procedure. Her medical assistant, Kate was personable and very kind.

I was very upset with the bedside manner starting with the MA. Very abrupt interaction. The whole reason my PCP referred me to this practice was to get answers about my skin health. They didn't want to hear the details or the journey. Just wanted bottom line answers for me. I felt like I was being rushed in and out of there like I was just a number. They didn't even know why I was there. They asked if I was there for just a regular skin exam. Didn't even read why I was referred in the first place. The whole experience was very rushed and stressful. Before talking through options I felt like I was being signed up for a procedure. I've canceled the appointment that was scheduled and will be getting a second opinion at another dermatology practice. This appointment was a waste of my time and money. I will now need to spend more time and money getting a second opinion. I left there with no answers on what may have been causing my skin issues. Wasn't even addressed. Again, this was the whole point in why my PCP sent me there to begin with. Very disappointed with my experience. I had a completely different experience with Dr. Colvin's practice prior to the pandemic when I was seen for a similar issue. This just added to the shock of such a different experience upon my return.

Dr. Colvin and her staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and I always feel in good hands with her. She's a great doctor and I'm happy that I'm able to see her as a patient. Thank you.

I would like it if the nurse let me finish my list of concerns. When the doctor comes in, I feel a little rushed and forget any concerns I didn't get to tell the nurse. I would also like if the doctor would slow down the skin exam. It doesn't seem thorough enough.

The staff were all excellent. The doctor was excellent, but the room that I was seen in was filthy. I reported this to the manager and the nurse. That's it.

Dr Colvin is amazing I have not seen that level of care since I was a child and doctors made house calls.? I like how the other staff person in the room is keying the notes into my chart. Allowing the doctor to focus on what I am saying and the exam she is performing. Expecting the Doctor to key in the notes and conduct the exam is doing the patient a disservice.
