The staff at Waterloo Peace answered all my questions and calmed all of my anxieties and worries about my child's illness, and she was able to feel better very soon. Jessica was very helpful. I appreciated her work very much, and I appreciated being able to get in touch with the doctor.

Thank you for your time and individualized attention to my babe. We're new to the area and being able to feel secure with our baby's healthcare provider is essential.

This appointment was great the np included me in everything and discussed everything with me, without making me feel uncomfortable or wrong about the decisions I make.

Good pediatrician office, feels a little cold and distant in the last couple of years.

Allow patients to speak with somebody when they call rather than having to wait for a call back.

Jessica was wonderful. Explained everything in great detail.

It is frustrating to call the office during business hours only to be told to leave a voicemail and then have to wait to get a call back. I would rather be put on hold as I usually call during a break at work and may not receive a call back until a time when I'm no longer available. This makes scheduling appointments (annual exams for example) into a tedious game of phone tag rather than a simple transaction. Other than that, Waterville Pediatrics is a fantastic practice with friendly, genuine, caring staff.

Everyone was knowledgeable and very caring.

The registration process for transferring records and release forms was archaic. No one seemed to want to help and it took months as well as an in person visit requesting an appointment to actually get an appointment. Very frustrating. The actual care and appointment was satisfactory. Making an appointment as a new patient was terrible. Many times no one answered the phone and nobody took the lead on making for faxes were sent/received.
