Jessica Rubashkin is warm, in tune with my child, honed in on her wellbeing, and an excellent communicator. I'm very thankful my child is under her care.

Great experience. Things were explained well and without judgement as first time parents. Calling our child "perfect" also didn't hurt.

I just wanted to reiterate the question in regards to discussing their medications. It was actually supposed to be a four, but I hit a one. So that might want to be adjusted because we definitely did talk about their medications.

She was rude when I had questions, she didn't explain the reason for why I was there she just wanted to swab for COVID, rsv, flu. Which wouldn't have explained my reason for being there.

The staff at Waterloo Peace answered all my questions and calmed all of my anxieties and worries about my child's illness, and she was able to feel better very soon. Jessica was very helpful. I appreciated her work very much, and I appreciated being able to get in touch with the doctor.
