I felt she was somewhat unsure about the diagnosis. She prescribed medicated lotion but has not helped much. I did not return as it's not worsening, just status quo for now.

I was very impressed with Jessica Cysner. She was terrific as was the RN who talked to me before I saw Jessica. I don't remember the RN's name, but she was also very good. I have never used express care for an illness, and I was highly impressed and would use it again in the future.

The lady at registration was absolutely wonderful, I wish I had gotten her name. She took me out back to give a urine sample.. I really helped me to feel better. I was in a lot of pain. everybody was really great. I was in and out in no time I got my medicine and felt better before the night was over.

She was wonderful and called me personally with results from lab.

Jessica was very engaged and not hurried during my visit. Her follow-up the next day really made me feel like I mattered.

Jessica and her team were wonderful. I had lost most of my hearing in both ears and they were very patient, making sure I understood the recommended treatment and follow up.

I was comfortable having stitch removed from my forehead while initially feeling apprehensive.

Every one was great. It was a holiday and I was in and out of the urgent care quickly and I was given the antibiotics I needed

I wish x-ray would be open for the same amount of time as express care. I came after 5 o'clock and they told me x-ray was down. So they sent me to the hospital for my x-ray and the ED registrar wanted paperwork which I was told I didn't need. There seem to be a lot of confusion over what was needed. I was able to still get my x-ray. The PA did a great job of contacting me the next day and giving me next steps based on my x-ray.

They lost my Urine Culture and never received my results

The cough suppressant has helped some of my cough and the eye drops have helped some of my eye problems, but I am still sick.

Jessica the provider I saw was great. I've seen her multiple times and she is always very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and a great asset to the Maine general team.

I was very pleased and have told everyone, Jessica asked if I would like to have an xray since I was already there and that I could go home after it was done. Jessica called me after I got home and told me I have pneumonia in my right lung and she prescribed 2 medicines. I was VERY satisfied with the care Jessica gave me and that she heard me. I have told friends and relatives that is the place to go.

The care I received was phenomenal when I got in. The wait was horribly long, the front desk lady was difficult, I asked her a question and I felt like she told me to go pound sand so I abruptly asked who could help me get my answer and she told me to "flag down a nurse if I see one." I thought she was rude.

Health provider in the express care was helpful for me but as to arrange a new Health provider ,she didnt do the follow up .I am a patient who have thyroid problem but nobody help me to get an appointment for a PCP or PA.

The professional who attended to my son took the time to reach out to his primary care physician to ensure that the prescription would be in alignment with his pcps directives. His PCP hasn't even gotten back to us about it. So, it shows just how much this person cared to try to do it correctly.

This is my go to place. I appreciate everyone at express care, I know their jobs are not easy at times.

I was worried about 2 tick bites I had on my ribs from tiny deer ticks brought in from my cat. They assured me that there was no need to worry about tick-borne illness. I really appreciate knowing that the Express Care service is there. Waiting for a PCP visit takes a lot more time.

I was told they did imagining when I called . After being there for an hour to only find out that they didn't do the imaging I needed and got sent to ED for hours . Would have been nice to know to skip this step

Never saw the doctor. Just the nurse. Had a xray for nothing which cost me money. Wanted a mri. The person that did the xray was rude. I told her the xray was a waist of time which it was. And again she had a rude answer.

I came in with a terrible concussion and was saying things over and over which I didn't realize and they were patient understanding when I didn't even understand it, I never had a concussion before, when she told me I had a concussion and told me everything it entails it was everything that I told her I was having WOW

They were very helpful and they got me in right off quick. Just as soon as I got in through the door, they were taking care of me. And they were very helpful and very good because I had just fallen and was bleeding all over the place. But they've done a very good job. Thank you.

It was extremely quick to get in, but to be seen , it was over an hour. Then waiting for an X-ray took over 45 minutes.

They said they would call me for the results of my strep test, but never got back to me

The entire care team went above and beyond to help me. They were especially empathetic to the amount of pain I was in. I was so grateful I did not opt for visiting the E.D. of Maine General. I was in and out in an hour.

I just want to thank the ER staff. Also the 2 West staff, the late shift. Unfortunately I can't remember names, but they were all helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

All of the PAs that I came in contact with were very professional in their service and procedures. I was particularly impressed with the primary PA and her follow up by phone regarding my test results and checking on my progress. I have only good things to say regarding my entire experience at the facility.

NO doctors, did nothing except tell me to go to ER. Maybe should start with ER to begin with.
