The professional who attended to my son took the time to reach out to his primary care physician to ensure that the prescription would be in alignment with his pcps directives. His PCP hasn't even gotten back to us about it. So, it shows just how much this person cared to try to do it correctly.

This is my go to place. I appreciate everyone at express care, I know their jobs are not easy at times.

I was worried about 2 tick bites I had on my ribs from tiny deer ticks brought in from my cat. They assured me that there was no need to worry about tick-borne illness. I really appreciate knowing that the Express Care service is there. Waiting for a PCP visit takes a lot more time.

I was told they did imagining when I called . After being there for an hour to only find out that they didn't do the imaging I needed and got sent to ED for hours . Would have been nice to know to skip this step

Never saw the doctor. Just the nurse. Had a xray for nothing which cost me money. Wanted a mri. The person that did the xray was rude. I told her the xray was a waist of time which it was. And again she had a rude answer.

I came in with a terrible concussion and was saying things over and over which I didn't realize and they were patient understanding when I didn't even understand it, I never had a concussion before, when she told me I had a concussion and told me everything it entails it was everything that I told her I was having WOW

They were very helpful and they got me in right off quick. Just as soon as I got in through the door, they were taking care of me. And they were very helpful and very good because I had just fallen and was bleeding all over the place. But they've done a very good job. Thank you.

Everything was great.

It was extremely quick to get in, but to be seen , it was over an hour. Then waiting for an X-ray took over 45 minutes.

They said they would call me for the results of my strep test, but never got back to me

The entire care team went above and beyond to help me. They were especially empathetic to the amount of pain I was in. I was so grateful I did not opt for visiting the E.D. of Maine General. I was in and out in an hour.

I just want to thank the ER staff. Also the 2 West staff, the late shift. Unfortunately I can't remember names, but they were all helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

Yes, I very much enjoy going to the express care. They're fast and they're efficient. They take care and understand when you're not feeling well and I enjoy them there.

All of the PAs that I came in contact with were very professional in their service and procedures. I was particularly impressed with the primary PA and her follow up by phone regarding my test results and checking on my progress. I have only good things to say regarding my entire experience at the facility.

NO doctors, did nothing except tell me to go to ER. Maybe should start with ER to begin with.

I was seen pretty quickly after registering at the front desk. The PA's were attentive and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this urgent care.

The staff was accommodating kind considerate and I was in and out of there it didn't take very long and very happy with how I was treated and every single person that I dealt with was great not one complaint whatsoever.

Everyone was helpful. I walked over to the orthopedic clinic at the suggestion of the registration person at express care. There was no doctor available at the orthopedic clinic and it was closed. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to communicate better between the two areas. It seems on hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

I think the staff were very good but the nursing staff could have done procedures to reduce patient wait time. The wait time was posted on the bulletin board which I appreciated, but the urine specimen could have been collected during the wait time for the CT scan instead of after the scan was resulted . I had already waited 4-5 hours. The ER providers at admit and discharge were excellent!

I was in and out in 45 minutes, treated with prompt attention, a short wait time with results that I needed, having an antibiotic. Every member of the team was polite, personable and easy to talk to.

Wait time was long. My only negative experience.

The secretaries and receptionists were amazing and usually the providers are great too, but the provider we had was not good at all. I ended up taking my child to the emergency room afterwards where he needed IV antibiotics. So the provider was poor. Thank you.

Jessica and the student with her were great and accurately figured out what was causing my extreme pain. I was impressed that she discussed my bloodwork results with me that very same day.

They listened. Explained things well and told me what to do if things did not improve. Provided feedback from tests quickly.

Jessica was extremely rude the last two times I've seen her. Her bedside manner is cold, blunt, rushed, and judgmental. I cringe whenever we get her.

Everyone was wonderful. I could not be happier with my care or outcome.

Like all of us, i think that ideally I would never become unwell and need to attend Express Care; but on the two occasions in the past 5 years, I have needed to do so. I have had a very positive experience from arrival to departure. Everyone is professional, concerned and caring. (And, I am a retired Nurse Practitioner, so my expectations are high!)

I was there very close to closing time due to no ride earlier and never felt rushed - all staff members were kind and told me not to be concerned about that.

All of the staff I interacted with was polite and helpful. Importantly (to me, at least), both the PA (Jessica Cysner, ) and the nurse who treated me provided candid and credible answers to my questions. Admittedly, it was 100-percent routine care but the routine stuff matters.
