It was extremely quick to get in, but to be seen , it was over an hour. Then waiting for an X-ray took over 45 minutes.

They said they would call me for the results of my strep test, but never got back to me

The entire care team went above and beyond to help me. They were especially empathetic to the amount of pain I was in. I was so grateful I did not opt for visiting the E.D. of Maine General. I was in and out in an hour.

I just want to thank the ER staff. Also the 2 West staff, the late shift. Unfortunately I can't remember names, but they were all helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

No one really listened but everyone was very very nice.

Yes, I very much enjoy going to the express care. They're fast and they're efficient. They take care and understand when you're not feeling well and I enjoy them there.

Communication is lacking, not with the doctor, but the staff. And the long wait time without seeing a staff needs to improve.

All of the PAs that I came in contact with were very professional in their service and procedures. I was particularly impressed with the primary PA and her follow up by phone regarding my test results and checking on my progress. I have only good things to say regarding my entire experience at the facility.

NO doctors, did nothing except tell me to go to ER. Maybe should start with ER to begin with.

I was seen pretty quickly after registering at the front desk. The PA's were attentive and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this urgent care.

The staff was accommodating kind considerate and I was in and out of there it didn't take very long and very happy with how I was treated and every single person that I dealt with was great not one complaint whatsoever.

Everyone was helpful. I walked over to the orthopedic clinic at the suggestion of the registration person at express care. There was no doctor available at the orthopedic clinic and it was closed. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to communicate better between the two areas. It seems on hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

I think the staff were very good but the nursing staff could have done procedures to reduce patient wait time. The wait time was posted on the bulletin board which I appreciated, but the urine specimen could have been collected during the wait time for the CT scan instead of after the scan was resulted . I had already waited 4-5 hours. The ER providers at admit and discharge were excellent!

I was in and out in 45 minutes, treated with prompt attention, a short wait time with results that I needed, having an antibiotic. Every member of the team was polite, personable and easy to talk to.

Wait time was long. My only negative experience.

The secretaries and receptionists were amazing and usually the providers are great too, but the provider we had was not good at all. I ended up taking my child to the emergency room afterwards where he needed IV antibiotics. So the provider was poor. Thank you.

Jessica and the student with her were great and accurately figured out what was causing my extreme pain. I was impressed that she discussed my bloodwork results with me that very same day.

They listened. Explained things well and told me what to do if things did not improve. Provided feedback from tests quickly.

Jessica was extremely rude the last two times I've seen her. Her bedside manner is cold, blunt, rushed, and judgmental. I cringe whenever we get her.

Everyone was wonderful. I could not be happier with my care or outcome.

Like all of us, i think that ideally I would never become unwell and need to attend Express Care; but on the two occasions in the past 5 years, I have needed to do so. I have had a very positive experience from arrival to departure. Everyone is professional, concerned and caring. (And, I am a retired Nurse Practitioner, so my expectations are high!)

I was there very close to closing time due to no ride earlier and never felt rushed - all staff members were kind and told me not to be concerned about that.

All of the staff I interacted with was polite and helpful. Importantly (to me, at least), both the PA (Jessica Cysner, ) and the nurse who treated me provided candid and credible answers to my questions. Admittedly, it was 100-percent routine care but the routine stuff matters.

2 nurses hung up on me during follow ups calls when I was trying to find out if I could get further testing done.

Everyone, from the person who checked me in, to the medical professional who worked with me, were thoughtful, listened to me, and explained well. Also, my wait was short (although I arrived when almost no one else was there).

I anticipated spending hours at Express Care; however, the wait was very reasonable. The staff were very kind, personable & professional.

Sat for an hour in waitinf room then again in the rom itself will never go again!!! It's sun to be exspress care not the hospital!!!

Jessica was very professional. She knew exactly what she was talking about, and I have greatly improved, and she caught my pneumonia before it got really bad, and everybody else hadn't. So I feel 100% better, and I very much would think Jessica is an incredible asset to Maine General. Thank you.

I went in to have my throat checked and my ears checked. The attendant, not the physician, did the throat swab for strep. And then when the physician came in, or physician's assistant, whatever she was, came in, she did not check my ears, look in my throat, or feel my lymph nodes at all. So maybe a little bit more follow-up with that. Otherwise, she was pleasant.

The wait is generally not too long and I am usually prepared to wait as much as an hour.

I had to push for an xray. I knew there was something wrong even though my lungs sounded fine and there was no rattle. Thank goodness I did push, as I would have gotten worse and had to make a second trip as I did have the beginnings of pneumonia.

The PA student was amazing

I am always seen in a timely manner and believe I get good care. It was great to learn that the x-ray department was in the same building. I expected to have to go to the hospital for that.

I have been to Express Care many times and every doctor I have seen there has been very kind, professional and very helpful. Every medical assistant, nurse and every front desk person has been superb as well. I trust this Express Care and trust all of the staff.

I really appreciate the fact that I have caring, knowledgeable people that can help me when I need help quickly.

Front office was amazing. She listened carefully to my concerns and called a nurse for me right away. Nurse arrived in less than a minute and got me triaged and in a room in minutes. Fantastic personality and great communication. PA also listened carefully and explained everything. Follow up communication with PA was great very responsive and answered all my questions.
