Yes, Jen Lakey and all of the staff there at Waterville, they were excellent. Jen was very thorough. She was very attentive. She took her time and very patient and went through all of the symptoms and was very caring and very attentive to every little detail. I went to Maine General Express Care for a personal health issue. I was very pleased with meeting Jennifer Lakey DNP Jennifer really understood my health history, the current issue and understood what was needed. Jennifer went out of her way to understand my health history what I was saying. If ever I should need to go to Express Care I hope I get Jennifer again. Thank You Jennifer Very Much.

I have lived in Waterville for almost 10 years and used their services on multiple occasions. Every time I've had to go in to walk in care I have been treated with the utmost respect, patience and I was never left confused about my medical situation

Completely dismissed me, didn't look at my problem area before she refused any care after 3 weeks of being in pain and a previous visit for the same problem. Told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol for something she never even addressed. Told me to go to my pcp to get help and wait even longer.

The Nurse Practitioner said I would receive a call within 24-48 hours regarding my throat culture and I had my doubts but I received the call and was very impressed.

The front of the office staff was incredible. My experience with the MAs was back and forth because they were not making eye contact. There were a lot of heavy sighs, like they were extremely tired and overburdened. My last time in, I was left in a back room and forgotten for two hours. So I walked out. That was my experience. Tell me how you can do better.

I come to the walk-in care down in Waterville from Maine General because they always treat me well, I don't have to wait a long time, and I really like the staff. So, thank you very much for being there for walk-in care.
