I immediately signed up to be on the wait list in hopes of becoming a patient of a pcp there. Sadly, I was told that the wait list was too long to add me to it.

I felt the meds that were suggested, (over the counter,). Which i did buy, used several days but was only feeling worse. I told her I had had bronchial with wheezing a year ago and this felt the same. 4 days later I was in Georgia at urgent care I was prescribed prescription cough medicine, antibiotics and prednisone. Big difference

It was a great experience. The only bad part was my daughter's medicine dosage was not enough for her. I had to call her PCP on Monday, explained that she is not getting any better wouldn't eat or drink. Her PCP discovered my daughter's dosage was not enough for her weight. So once we got the correct dosage she is finally starting to feel better.

Smiles go a long way in making a person feel more comfortable in an environment such as a doctor's office. Each person I dealt with through the process of the visit produced a genuine, friendly smile and tone when speaking. For someone anxious about seeing a medical practitioner in general, I totally appreciated these kind gestures.

I like to have a hospital that you go to and receive help. I send you on the mercy of them. There's doctors on the uniform and don't come in, you know, with no doctors. And, you know, they just send you in. Next, I'm going to pay in, send them out and I'm going to come in to pay. That's the pressure I get. They just keep passing the buck on my back. I'm getting real tired of it. There's no help.

Everyone was so helpful! They explained what to expect, took lots of time and were so patient with my child, and even held my baby when my hands were full. Thank you for the wonderful care and help!

I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Jennifer at the Express Care. She was very patient. She listened to me. She explained all the medication and what I needed to do if I wasn't feeling better. And then the response that I got when I called back when I wasn't improving and they called me in more prescriptions and it really addressed and listened to my needs. I was very satisfied with the service.

Yes, Jen Lakey and all of the staff there at Waterville, they were excellent. Jen was very thorough. She was very attentive. She took her time and very patient and went through all of the symptoms and was very caring and very attentive to every little detail. And I really appreciate her help and all of the staff there was very kind and professional and just excellent in every way. Thank you, Jen, and thank you everyone else there. Have a nice day.

I went to Maine General Express Care for a personal health issue. I was very pleased with meeting Jennifer Lakey DNP Jennifer really understood my health history, the current issue and understood what was needed. Jennifer went out of her way to understand my health history what I was saying. If ever I should need to go to Express Care I hope I get Jennifer again. Thank You Jennifer Very Much.

Completely dismissed me, didn't look at my problem area before she refused any care after 3 weeks of being in pain and a previous visit for the same problem. Told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol for something she never even addressed. Told me to go to my pcp to get help and wait even longer.

The Nurse Practitioner said I would receive a call within 24-48 hours regarding my throat culture and I had my doubts but I received the call and was very impressed.

The front of the office staff was incredible. My experience with the MAs was back and forth because they were not making eye contact. There were a lot of heavy sighs, like they were extremely tired and overburdened. My last time in, I was left in a back room and forgotten for two hours. So I walked out. That was my experience. Tell me how you can do better.

I come to the walk-in care down in Waterville from Maine General because they always treat me well, I don't have to wait a long time, and I really like the staff. So, thank you very much for being there for walk-in care.
