This doctor respected the choices that I had as a caretaker. She was very considerate towards the child, took her time as best as I know she was able, and was really more of a collaborative experience. So it was good. Thank you.

Website says walk in care opens at like 6:40. We were there shortly after 7 and the lobby was empty. Was asked if we were going to leave and come back for our appointment at 8. Made no sense and was a very long wait

Calling to get an appointment wasn't the easiest. I have been calling pretty regularly since last school year to get my kids transferred there. Still waiting on my daughter's appointment. But once we were able to get an appointment they were amazing. Loved everyone!

I was really impressed with Jenna and how she has listened to my son, treated him very well, listened to all of our concerns, and really worked with us to figure out what was going on. I really appreciated her demeanor and we really liked her a lot. We would see her again any day. I want to thank her. Thank you, Jenna.

Excellent as always with Waterville Peds! Thank you for everything!

It is incredibly difficult to get an appointment. It is almost unheard of that anybody answers the phone when you call. You have to leave a message. They have taken away sick hour, so you have to put your kid on the bus or cancel the whole day's plans to wait for somebody to call you back. I feel that the providers are always excellent or very good care and communication, and the support staff are absolutely unhelpful. And that is when I can speak to one.

The team was great. The staff was great. The nurse practitioner we saw was excellent. We'll definitely see her again. My only concern when we went in is that my son's previous records from Waterville Pediatrics before it was taken over by Maine General had not been entered into the new system with Maine General yet. So I would be interested to know on when that will be done. Had I known that that wasn't going to be done, I would have maybe requested copies of those records to make sure that they were put into that system appropriately.
