I enjoyed my visit with Jeff, the PA, very much. He came in on time. He had paperwork with him showing my history and he went through all of the paperwork, told me results of different tests I've had for the last couple of years, told me what he thought was going on with me, told me what he was advising that we start off with to see if we can find out exactly what it is. I just, I had a very, very nice visit. I was very comfortable. I didn't feel rushed and I have great hope that we're in the direction of finding out exactly what's wrong and being able to do something about it. Thank you.

Jeff was very helpful and seamed concerned about my condition and offered suggestions to keep my discomfort at a minimum. I left feeling good about my interactions with Jeff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Very easy to talk to and a good listener.

The BEST ever!

First appointment with my new caregiver. I liked him right off. He was knowledgeable, took time to talk with me on a plan for my issue. I appreciate everyone who works in the office.

I called (2x) to get information on a blood test that I was supposed to have and was put on hold for someone to answer my question, I waited for over 10 minutes each time and no one picked up. ? I then tried to leave a message for my provider on the Maine General portal and that was a complete cluster. So I felt like this was a complete failure on Maine Generals part. In person with staff and provider A+ off line telephone and portal F.

Jeffrey Gagnon really helped me understand all the different possibilities of what could be happening with my intestinal issues and was very comprehensive in the course of action we could take. I appreciated his time and knowledge of what might help me going forward. I was extremely grateful for his patience and understanding with all of my questions and concerns.

Everyone was really great. It was the first time I met with this provider and I'm thrilled. My former provider mostly just filled prescriptions and looked at me from across the room. I really felt that Duck was really involved in what happened and I've got some ongoing weird issues so I'm really happy that I feel like he can really help. And everyone in the office is really supportive. I had kind of a crisis and they were all great. Thank you.

Yes, Jeff Gagnon was very informative. He was very concerned and he filled me in in any way he could based on what I was going through and gave me information to take with me and went over the stuff that I brought with me. I was very satisfied with Jeff Gagnon and I would be welcome to meet him again. Not under the same circumstances, of course, with my bowel situation, but yes, I would certainly be willing to be under him again. Thank you.
