My opinion is the woman furnishing the services, and I had several different women giving me care, they were cordial, attentive, informative, and very caring. I would say the behavior of the few men that I dealt with was quite different. They were impersonal, maybe objective, but limited in terms of friendliness. That's all.

I accidentally answered wrong on the first one. It was a four. She was awesome. Jade was really cool. She was very understanding. She explained things really well. I feel like she gave a really in-depth explanation as far as she could tell with the limited resources that she had at the facility. I don't know how primary care. I wish she was my primary. That'd be cool. But anyways, yeah, she was just really, really cool and really awesome. Thank you.

All was good really no big complaints. The girls that roomed me forgot to talk to me. They were talking down the hall while I walked behind them . She triaged me and very pleasant. The second girl didn't say much at all my name . I followed her down the hall she opens the door and said sit over there. I did turned around and she shut the door. I felt like I was being kenneled. I laughed right out loud. I work in a hospital and know that once in a while we need a reminder to look at our patients when we talk to them. We can become very robotic.

The triage nurse was fantastic. The doctor herself was fantastic. The lady that walked us to our room, said his name in the waiting room and never said another word to us walked us to our room and shut the door that was it not a hi my name is so-and-so. I'm going to put you in this room and tell the doctor is ready nothing.

Express care told me they would absolutely call me Saturday or Sunday with results. I still have not received a call from anyone regarding my results or to check on how I was doing with the medication prescribed as they said they would. I said we'll tomorrow is Saturday. She replied, we work all weekend

Excellent care provided. I was in and Put in 45 minutes with a confirmed diagnosis and medication sent in to pick up right away. Overall great experience and I felt listened to.

Even the place was packed, the entire staff did an amazing job getting peopl triaged. Providers did a great job seeing patients in as timely a manner as possible! Great job, everyone!

Everyone was very understanding and helpful. I got to see someone quite quickly as they understood my situation. Give Jayde Frost a raise. She was exceptional in my care and she went out of her way talking to the care team to find all she could to help.

I'm still waiting for the follow-up referrals that I was told I would receive within 30 minutes of my appointment ending. I've called back to check in and have been told to wait further. This has been incredibly frustrating as I had an urgent issue to attend to.

I was there at a good time. Not many people there. They were all very pleasant and the doctor was very attentive. She was going to prescribe an inhaler but realized it conflicted with my eye drops. Great catch. I was grateful that she took the time to notice that.

The nurse practitioner that I saw was excellent. She not only listened to what I said, but trusted my history of knowing when I get conjunctivitis. She was very thorough and gave me a follow up plan just in case the medicine she ordered was too expensive I was quite impressed she was thoughtful about the financial part of the prescription. Overall, excellent experience. Got in and out very quickly.

Jayde Frost was fantastic. She explained everything and she was thorough in exploring what was going on, what might be going on, and making a referral to someone that I needed to see. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. I hope you keep her for a long time.

I knew from many past experiences that I had broncitis. And I know it won't go away until I get antibiotics. I did not get any that day, and had to make another trip to see my Dr before being prescribed antibiotic. Getting better now. But, cost couple extra days.

Jayde Frost explained what my condition might be. 3 tests were done. They called the next day and all tests were negative. It helped me narrow the possibilities down. I am doing fine and I definitely would go there again if needed.

The doctor was great very professional and caring. The mri lady was the same. But the nurse was very disrespectful and rude and we asked not to have her come back in the room.

Yes there is a problem regarding my visit.I went there as a precaution emergency ,everything fine I was told to get a blood and urine sample at the hospital.The test results came back faster than I expected so been out of state I had to go back to the clinic to pick up my results.So its stupid to people from outside to not to have it sent to our family doctor and force to p/u in person

I was happily surprised by the speed with which I was seen. I hardly had time to sit down and somebody was inviting me to come in. And I found the people that I dealt with to be very helpful and thoughtful and kind. So I couldn't have asked really for a better experience.

Each of the persons involved in my care while on vacation was incredibly kind, helpful, very thorough, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the care I received from registration to treatment. I had a very good experience, and I am visiting from the state of Maryland. So I just thought it was really great to be seen so quickly and treated so well. on all fronts. Thank you.

2 days of extra suffering! Not impressed with the care I received and the fact that I was never notified about not having a uti and spending money on antibiotic and Azo that I didn't have too.

Everyone at the office with whom I interacted treated me extremely well. They were like an exemplar of the way people, especially anxious people, should be treated. Jayde Frost, the Nurse Practitioner in particular was truly exceptional. I arrived 10 minutes before the facility was due to close and, despite the fact they must all have been tired and ready to end the work day, they all treated me with respect and kindness.

Jade did a great job with me. She diagnosed me quickly and efficiently. And she prescribed the medication that has seemed to have worked and done its job for me. And so I'm very appreciative of being able to get the type of help when I need it, when I can't get in with my primary care physician. So thank you, Jade, very much. And the rest of the staff there, check-in and triage were all fabulous too. So thanks very much.
