I was treated very well from the time I checked in until the time the nurse and the doctors came in to see me. It was a very nice, pleasant, relaxing situation. Thank you.

We're up from Florida & visit here 2 months every year. I have a head cold & I appreciated the care teams concern for my serious health conditions & helping me know what right medications I could safely take.

I really like the experience. I thought that they give me the proper care I need. I really feel like I couldn't recommend anything else. The nurse was great.

Good doctor who put the stitches in. Nurse taking them out was a little too silly but definitely tried to keep the visit lighthearted and I appreciate it

Excellent care.

All the staff there was very courteous, respectful. They took everything that I had to say seriously. And they didn't sugarcoat anything. They laid it right out on the table. Very honest and truthful. It was a pretty good stay.

I know you guys have recording of the first, I don't know if she was a nurse, I don't know, whatever, she didn't really introduce herself, but that first doctor, nurse, person we saw could use a huge attitude change and a hearing aid adjustment because she made it seem like we were neglecting our daughter and she didn't ask any clarifying questions and she was very judgmental because she didn't hear us correctly, which is why I wish she would have asked for confirmation on what she heard because I did not like getting spoken to that way or getting that look that she gave us because there was a definite look. My daughter's father was there and he doesn't notice anything and even he noticed the look. So I really didn't appreciate that. Thank you.

My daughter's nurse was extremely nice! The girl that brought us in the room was truly the best very sweet and worked well with my daughter.

The PA put in order for a chest x ray if the lungs don't clear up with the meds. So far things seem to be progressing with a couple of days to go on the meds. She will followup with me if we do get an x ray. It is nice to have the express care option rather than tieing up an E R!

At each staff and volunteer encounter I was treated proficient, professionally, and politely.

The office help was very good and the check in person and lab was also very good the FNP did not have good answers for what I needed on blood work,scar issues or no comment on my blood pressure being so high . I have no primary care as Aurora health shut down as did northern lights at inland . I have always had blood work a minimal of 3 times a year and have no complete blood work this year at all .I am not impressed with the better keep trying to get into Farmington as that's my best bet attitude.

My visit was satisfactory with the exception of arriving when there was only one other patient and I still had to wait in the room for 30 minutes.

No privacy in stating name, DOB, address and why I was there. I wasn't happy with the entire visit.

Both the urgent care and the emergency room Dr.'s were great, everything was explained to me. I was informed that there was to be further testing and what it would entail. I felt completely at ease and comfortable with the medical staff. They knew what they were doing, they were efficient, and professional.

The front staff is very friendly and the doctors are always very helpful and I always have a great experience going there with me and my children.

Everyone was great and treated us like we were human beings and not a number. Would definitely go back if I need to.

Did not accurately take my insurance. I got a call later on for a bill, but then got it sorted out.

Very helpful & professional. Explained what & why they were recommending the treatment plan. Explained in detail what I should do if not better.

I went here to avoid going to the ER because I simply had a skin wound with an infection that needed antibiotics. My blood pressure was not taken in a way for someone who is larger and on blood pressure medications should have it taken. Also when I left I was under the impression that they were going to send my medication to the correct pharmacy which did not happen and I ended up having to track them down myself and also had to change the medication to the correct pharmacy myself.

Jayde Frost took very good care of both my girls. She listened really well to us and had great patient care. We were very pleased with all of the staff at the Express Care.

Dr. Frost did an amazing job with my son. She was thorough. She looked at his ears and listened to him. She asked the right questions. She was very compassionate and she's a phenomenal doctor.

Everyone was very caring and helpful and so nice. Took their time with you and didn't rush out. I know how busy everyone is but they didnt leave until I understood everything.

Go to Express Care, didn't get anything accomplished, couldn't have any blood work done, couldn't give me any medication. I don't know why anybody goes to Express Care. Nothing, they just want to send you to the emergency room and that's it.

I arrived at 8 am and was seen, despite others who arrived before me, in a timely and efficient manner. Staff friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Thank you!

My opinion is the woman furnishing the services, and I had several different women giving me care, they were cordial, attentive, informative, and very caring. I would say the behavior of the few men that I dealt with was quite different. They were impersonal, maybe objective, but limited in terms of friendliness. That's all.

I had to come back again cuz I wasn't given strong enough medication during my first visit

It was a busy time, but everyone was courteous and friendly. I was completely satisfied with the care.

I accidentally answered wrong on the first one. It was a four. She was awesome. Jade was really cool. She was very understanding. She explained things really well. I feel like she gave a really in-depth explanation as far as she could tell with the limited resources that she had at the facility. I don't know how primary care. I wish she was my primary. That'd be cool. But anyways, yeah, she was just really, really cool and really awesome. Thank you.

Everything went great as usual

All was good really no big complaints. The girls that roomed me forgot to talk to me. They were talking down the hall while I walked behind them . She triaged me and very pleasant. The second girl didn't say much at all my name . I followed her down the hall she opens the door and said sit over there. I did turned around and she shut the door. I felt like I was being kenneled. I laughed right out loud. I work in a hospital and know that once in a while we need a reminder to look at our patients when we talk to them. We can become very robotic.

The triage nurse was fantastic. The doctor herself was fantastic. The lady that walked us to our room, said his name in the waiting room and never said another word to us walked us to our room and shut the door that was it not a hi my name is so-and-so. I'm going to put you in this room and tell the doctor is ready nothing.

Express care told me they would absolutely call me Saturday or Sunday with results. I still have not received a call from anyone regarding my results or to check on how I was doing with the medication prescribed as they said they would. I said we'll tomorrow is Saturday. She replied, we work all weekend

Everyone at Express Care was wonderful!

Excellent care provided. I was in and Put in 45 minutes with a confirmed diagnosis and medication sent in to pick up right away. Overall great experience and I felt listened to.

Even the place was packed, the entire staff did an amazing job getting peopl triaged. Providers did a great job seeing patients in as timely a manner as possible! Great job, everyone!

Way to long of waiting

the place was packed with people and they kept coming and coming but the care team were still smiling and helpful and apologized for the long wait. that goes a long way. ty

Everyone was very understanding and helpful. I got to see someone quite quickly as they understood my situation. Give Jayde Frost a raise. She was exceptional in my care and she went out of her way talking to the care team to find all she could to help.

I'm still waiting for the follow-up referrals that I was told I would receive within 30 minutes of my appointment ending. I've called back to check in and have been told to wait further. This has been incredibly frustrating as I had an urgent issue to attend to.

I was there at a good time. Not many people there. They were all very pleasant and the doctor was very attentive. She was going to prescribe an inhaler but realized it conflicted with my eye drops. Great catch. I was grateful that she took the time to notice that.

I had a very good experience considering that I was scared beyond belief. Everybody went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was a good experience.

The nurse practitioner that I saw was excellent. She not only listened to what I said, but trusted my history of knowing when I get conjunctivitis. She was very thorough and gave me a follow up plan just in case the medicine she ordered was too expensive I was quite impressed she was thoughtful about the financial part of the prescription. Overall, excellent experience. Got in and out very quickly.

Jayde Frost was fantastic. She explained everything and she was thorough in exploring what was going on, what might be going on, and making a referral to someone that I needed to see. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. I hope you keep her for a long time.

I knew from many past experiences that I had broncitis. And I know it won't go away until I get antibiotics. I did not get any that day, and had to make another trip to see my Dr before being prescribed antibiotic. Getting better now. But, cost couple extra days.

Everyone was completely professional yet demonstrated the level of kindness and caring one hopes to experience regardless of the reason for being there.

Wonderful and easy appointment and excellent follow up. I'm very pleased with the service of Main general express care.

Jayde Frost explained what my condition might be. 3 tests were done. They called the next day and all tests were negative. It helped me narrow the possibilities down. I am doing fine and I definitely would go there again if needed.

The doctor was great very professional and caring. The mri lady was the same. But the nurse was very disrespectful and rude and we asked not to have her come back in the room.

The staff were very friendly and respectful and I got seen pretty quickly. Would recommend to others.

Yes there is a problem regarding my visit.I went there as a precaution emergency ,everything fine I was told to get a blood and urine sample at the hospital.The test results came back faster than I expected so been out of state I had to go back to the clinic to pick up my results.So its stupid to people from outside to not to have it sent to our family doctor and force to p/u in person

Although there was a little bit of a wait to be seen once I was in the room with the provider she was able to assess my situation and treat me fairly quick.

All were very helpful, room was very clean. Jadye was awesome!
