Once I was registered and sat down to wait to be seen, I was called in within just a very few minutes. I was treated with respect and care. The doctor listened very carefully to me, explained what I should do, and then I was out the door and headed for home within just a few minutes. The whole visit lasted less than 20 minutes. I was releaved to have been seen and treated in such a satisfactory manner.

The PA Jay was wonderful. He had seen my history with allergy, asthma, and sinus problems. We talked over various aspects of my problem. Then he prescribed 2 meds to help deal with it. I so appreciate their prompt care!

Just want to say that the team at Gardiner is awesome. Made me feel very much at ease and did a thorough exam to make sure nothing was to worry about. Told me what to do if I saw signs of infection. Thank you so much for the care!!!

The minute I walked on the door the. Registration staff was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. But my wait time was very short in the waiting room. I was brought back twice to 2 different rooms before I was sent to X-ray. It was all professionally done quickly, and everything was explained in language that I understood and can appreciate

Yes, I returned to the express care today and the swelling in my toe has not gone down and I was told that it was probably misdiagnosed and I should stop using the medicine I was given and they prescribed a different medicine.

I was advised to see my pcp if symptoms continue after ten days of treatment. I was with a PCP at Northern Light. I no longer have a PCP. Please hire more!!

The facility was nice, organized, and efficient helping many people kindly and respectfully at reception. Asked great questions at reception to expedite help. Quick wait time even though there were a good amount of people looking for help. Nurse kind and helpful. PA shown a lot of knowledge, with great speed and articulation. Was given all details and helped me progress so heal with aftercare knowledge for Lyme Disease. Holistically, the Expresscare facility and team working there in Gardiner are great and real gem to have for the community.

This was my first time at this clinic as I recently moved to the area. The service was excellent. Considering that there were several people ahead of me when I arrived, the wait was reasonable. I will definitely return if needed.

Hi, I just wanted to say that my visit was very pleasant. I felt like I was listened to and the doctor was very knowledgeable in giving me answers and answering my many questions. The wait time was not long at all. They were very prompt in getting my son in and getting the care he needed as quickly as possible. The waiting room was very calming with relaxing music and kept us all at ease. And once we got in, it was a very quick visit with all of our questions we needed answered and it was just a great visit. We will definitely be back.

The best thing about it is that I did not feel rushed, got myself calmed down and got a lot of questions answered and good ideas for moving on in treating my already bad knee condition before fall took me to urgent care. Thank you for the help.

I appreciated the very in depth explanation post rapid strep tests performed on both myself and my son; however the need to go into the "statistics" of receiving not one, but two negative strep tests was unnecessary. Especially after I told the PA that I was very certain I had strep throat as well as my son. In the end my son's strep culture came back positive, as I had suspected. I ended up going to a different medical center unaffiliated with MaineGeneral the following morning after I was seen at Gardiner express care and received a, "very positive strep test" as the nurse stated and negative for an ear infection- different than what I told I had at Gardiner. Unfortunately, MGMC's reputation is declining and quite significantly due to patients feeling rushed, not heard, being charged "extra" and the list goes on. Patient care needs to be at the forefront of all medical providers

My only, the reception, the person checking me in was kind of devoid of emotion. So that was a little off-putting. No compassion, just straight to business, check you in. It just felt like you were more of a number. So anyway, that's it.

I have worked with Jay, the person I worked with last week when I came into the Express Care. I can't speak highly enough of the gentleman. He is extremely professional, extremely kind, as out busy, straight as they are there. You would feel as though you were the only person he was going to see that day. His patients are unbelievable, his patients' patients. I have a lot of confidence in what he tells me and feel when I leave, I am ready to leave and know what's going on. Sometimes people forget to praise the people that do the most for them. He really is outstanding and an asset to the operation.

Provider listened to my complaints and what I felt I needed. Wait time was a little long but still reasonable, I was in seen and discharged in about an hour and 15 minutes. There was a deluge of patients and I was advised from the beginning that there were only 4 providers and 7 people ahead of me which I appreciate the candor and transparency. Second time in a few months had to use this walk in clinic and each time left satisfied with my care. Will recommend to friends and family. All in all a good job.

I felt very comfortable with the care I received. The only suggestion I have would be to culture the urine sample to make sure you are treating the correct bacteria.

I found everybody to be very helpful and very informative and knowledgeable. The only downside that I can think of is the wait time. I was there with my son for about two and a half hours and I was explained as to why his different facility was shut down, which increased the amount of care that needed to be provided. But other than that, I think it was great.
