It was a great experience and I'm so thankful Jay was able to help me. He was receptive and respectful and attentive to my medical needs. Very grateful.

I arrived within the last hour of the business day, and I was discharged from urgent care before closing hours ended. Everything was professional and. my provider, Jay, was efficient and knowledgeable.

The Nurse and PA were wonderful Caring and efficient The front desk for check in Was disorganized Very frustrating Put my insurance and name in the computer Incorrect and I was there for 30 minutes It was faster to see the PA

Went to the walk in an the person came in an only talked to me for 4 minutes max and then left the room to make a call an never came back he got me appointment for a ultrasound for a blood clot i never said i had got screwed out of my time an money an will never be going back for any reason

Dr. J. McBain was really very amazing. He listened, he wanted to make sure that I understood what he had to say, and he put down various ideas of what could be my problem by having my blood tested. And I was really quite enthralled by his behavior and his wisdom. And yes, I would recommend him or this place to anybody that needed care. They continually called almost every day when something new came in from the lab. Okay, thank you very much. You have a good day, whoever is answering this. Bye.

Very good service

I appreciated the staff doing everything to make sure I didn't have further problems down the line. Such as checking my thumb for a fracture even if it seemed unlikely and getting my tetanus shot up to date. My favorite aspect of the experience was the writeup I received explaining my condition and at-home care. I think the staff was professional, efficient, and empathetic, and I was in and out of there within an hour.

The name of the doctor who cared for me on my paper work would have been nice

I cannot say enough good things about this caring team. My son is a bit medically complex, having an autoinflammatory condition. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the wonderful Doctors, they all have been patient, understanding, and kind. It's always appreciated, as a parent, to have that support. Thank you!

Every time I ever go there, you guys get me in and out of there and I have anxiety to go to hospitals where I go to the first care and everybody I've ever met there is so polite and so caring and really try to find out what's going on and I can't give any better feedback. That's all I got to say.

Everything was great except for the poor ladies in the front were having to do way too much. One girl was supposed to be gone at 4:30 and she was still stuck there after 5 checking us in. People were waiting very long because there was only one girl running x-rays, running this, running that. So they need to fix their check-in and check-out process.

The entire care team exhibited top notch professionalism in getting me checked in and seen quickly, as well as evaluating my symptoms and detailing a plan for medication & recovery. This facility and staff are a true and valuable asset to the community.

Intake nurse was very proficient and we shared conversation and Jay is always great. I really enjoy him and his recommendations have always been has always brought me success. Visit back was great. It's very much what I usually need with a viral situation. So all is good with urgent care. I do appreciate you being out there when I'm in Maine for six months. They have been my primary care.

Your place has excellent service

We were in a very time sensitive situation with a toddler head injury and were a bit frustrated to be answering so many questions before being seen. Certainly understand the need to document, but would have appreciated an option for one parent to bring him in to see doc for guidance to head over to the ER while other stayed back to fill out paperwork. The docs were very quick once we got in, which we appreciated!

Front office staff at check-in and check-out was extremely helpful and just nice. So it was nice to see.

This was the first medical facility I've ever visited in Maine, and it was great experience, truly professional staff

Registrar was very nice and helpful. Nurse was outstanding and was outstanding when I brought my granddaughter in a while back. PA was great and advised to follow up with my Doctor who said the group in Gardiner is the best at making notes. Best express care place in central Maine. Please pass this on to them and tell them I am very appreciative of them.

I just don't understand why they didn't prescribe a inhaler for me for my bronchitis

I had a very good experience. The food I thought was really good, better than the last time that I was there. And everybody was so nice and helpful. Thank you so much.

Nurse and PAC were very attentive and gave me proper treatment and advice. I was in terrible pain with sciatica from back to ankle and prescription quickly alleviated 95% of it. I am thankful the Express care team is available.

The staff was particularly helpful in explaining how and when to access Express Care versus waiting for an appointment with my PCP versus going directly to the ER. I find this aspect of our current health care system (certainly not limited to MaineGeneral) very confusing.

Very professional and caring

My illnesses are serious and were taken very lightly and were handled in a low-fashioned manner.

I was given another patients imaging order. The provider didn't take the time to look at my record to see that I had previously been in for similar issues and kept telling me it was the flu but didn't test to know for sure just sent me for an X-ray. Didn't listen to what I was explaining. The med that was prescribed I ended up having a reaction to

This doctor and the staff were wonderful. I really, really was in a lot of pain and they just worked to really get me feeling better. I was able to bounce back and he clearly explained to me what to do if I left and I wasn't any better, but he got me feeling better. Really great, great care all around.

Super quick, best express care I've ever been to

Okay, let's hope this time it works. The medical assistant and the PA who worked with me, I would say they were perfect. I enjoyed interacting with them. They were knowledgeable. They were to the point and I have absolutely nothing but positive to say about them.

The NPI Jay and nurse were very nice! NPI Jay was awesome and even called me at home with test results after hrs! He was awesome and even seemed to be concerned about my understanding of test results! My experience was great! Thank you all!! Extra thank you to NPI Jay!!

I enjoyed the friendly interactions with all the staff, but especially the nurse.

It was a small issue but I couldn't reach it. The Dr was professional and explained the issue clearly. The rest of the staff was welcoming and professional

Once I was registered and sat down to wait to be seen, I was called in within just a very few minutes. I was treated with respect and care. The doctor listened very carefully to me, explained what I should do, and then I was out the door and headed for home within just a few minutes. The whole visit lasted less than 20 minutes. I was releaved to have been seen and treated in such a satisfactory manner.

All of the staff I encountered were please t, professional and communicated thoroughly. All were also congenial.

The PA Jay was wonderful. He had seen my history with allergy, asthma, and sinus problems. We talked over various aspects of my problem. Then he prescribed 2 meds to help deal with it. I so appreciate their prompt care!
