Dr. Brown has been my PCP for 15 years. He is, far and away, the BEST doctor I've ever encountered. The practice is extremely fortunate to have him at the helm. He's funny, full of useful knowledge, he cheers you on (like when I got my A1C down from 5.7 to 5.3). He helps patients feel valued and included. He is without peer in my experience.

Overall I had a positive experience, but I left feeling frustrated and am even more frustrated today. I have a DNR for on file in my medical records. Somehow I misplaced my copy which should posted ln my home and requested acopy during my visit. Was told np problem but it didn't happen. I asked at checkout and they were unable to print one. The lady said she would get one printed and mail it to me. She was very nice and helpful and today I received a copy of my Advance Health Care Directive NOT the DNR form. I am frustrated because I also asked for for this at my 2025 Annual appointment and got nothing. If I can't get access to my DNR, I am concerned that first responders and other medical professionals might not get that information when it is necessary! Hope somehow this complaint gets resolved.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brown speaks to you in non medical terms so you understand your issues and how to take care of them.

This appointment was to speak with my primary about blood work. I received a flu shot 5 minutes later I passed out. So the appointment obviously was only vitals and flu shot. All member of the care team helped me and called ambulance. Thank you for their quick response.

I really liked Jason very much. I wanted to have him as my doctor, but I can't because he has too many patients. But he's the only one that has helped me with my knee, and I'm very disappointed that I can't have him. He was a wonderful doctor. He had known all about my knee, and he even showed me my x-rays, which nobody has ever showed him to me before. He was very caring and very He spent quality time with me. I wasn't feeling like I had to be rushed or anything. He's just a wonderful doctor.
