They were very rude and very slow. Was there for eight hours.???????????????

Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

I got exceptional service from the entire staff at Maine General Express Care from the intake process to the nurse, and to Dr. Jason. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, which has many symptoms, and he tested me for it and followed up with me multiple times on my results. I was very appreciative of all the help that he gave me. I will definitely go again if needed.

I was very impressed with the Gardner Urgent Care. I've been there before. They're very professional, very nice, very knowledgeable. I'd much rather go to the Gardner one than any urgent care in my area.

The answer I gave about what they said to do if I didn't get better was nit applicable as they told me to go to the ER for care because they could not do the necessary tests

I wanted to thank my provider for his attention to my health issue in a very focused, caring manner at the end of his long day. I retired from a large hospital, so I appreciate pace and stress of a walk-in clinic. I am so appreciative that we have our local Gardiner clinic as it serves an essential purpose in the larger healthcare picture. A huge thank you for the ever-cheerful and professional front staff too!

Sadly it took my calling for 3 days to find out about my next move . Weather to get an MRI or go for therapy. It was left up to me . I will try therapy for my rotor cuff

Thank you for always being the go to place for me. I appreciate everything you do and the care you provide. The nurse was great who came to maine gen from hospice nursing and the provider Jason was amazing also! Maine General is always a great place to go especially the Gardiner location.

The symptoms are not better. I called and a nurse was supposed to call me back. It has been 6 hours and no call

I love the Gardiner Express Care. It is so efficient and the staff is always so wonderful. Great follow up as well.

I came in with a rash and thought I was having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics I was taking. The physician that saw me told me no it was brown tail moth. He told me to take something for the itching. Later that evening I went to the VA hospital because I was becoming increasingly worse. I was in fact having an allergic reaction. My face had started to turn very red and my mouth was becoming numb as well. I'm not impressed at all !!!!

Beautiful, clean facility with very very pleasant and helpful staff.

My experience was brief and a minor problem so I really cannot evaluate. However, the staff was professional and pleasant.

Jason was incredibly communicative, more so than most healthcare providers that I've met with. That doesn't include my PCP. He's awesome. But Jason is too. Carry on.

The wait at this express care location is always very long. My child waited over an hour to be seen, in a waiting room with sick people.

Jason went above and beyond to ascertain I received the proper treatment for my somewhat complex medical issues. He is truly an asset to this Maine General facility.

Staff I found very caring, explained things well, and very easy to deal with.

Dr. Jason did a fantastic job. Not only was he courteous, respectful, thoughtful, concerned, knowledgeable, approachable, and knew exactly what to do and he was gentle. I would say give the man a raise because he did a fantastic job. Or start having new hires shadow him because he's really a good member of your team.

This practice needs more doctors and Practice Care Nurses

I myself have a lot of you trauma from my past, and sometimes I feel like I'm an inconvenience for requesting a female to be present during my appointments, when I'm told that my doctor is going to be a male. However, I was still accommodated for my request, and I greatly appreciate That. I always worry it's gonna make the doctor feel bad, or like I don't trust them, but it just has everything to do with what makes me feel safer, and personally more comfortable.

My experience was a positive one. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The care givers that I saw were attentive and did not rush in their treatment or explanations.

Staff is always easy to work with. They listen and get you out efficiently.

As someone with anxiety, I often get told things that I come to the doctor for are just in my head that I truly felt listened to and helped more than I have at the doctor's office in a very, very long time. And to me, there's nothing I could be more grateful for.

Well, I had COVID and he said with all my medication, they'd have to switch it around so they couldn't give me Paxlovid. So I guess I just have to ride it out, but it hasn't been too good. Anyways, thank you.

I KNOW I have a $40 copay for express care. I was told several times by two people I did not have a copay. When I asked them to just take a payment, they said they were unable to, then later refused. I don't like being told misinformation as fact. Mainegeneral frequently gets their billing wrong. Which is why I like to pay a time of service. The provider was nice enough. I was there for a sinus infection, which I have a listed history of and was my second week of symptoms. I didn't appreciate the provider mansplaining the flu. He did send in the antibiotics I requested and did so quickly.

Jason was really kind and took time to listen to my questions. I felt confident when I left that the treatment course was correct.

Positive visit

I just want to say that I was very impressed with how thorough Jason was, how intently he listened to all the things that I was going through, how much he told me he felt confident about and didn't feel confident about. We had a great plan. I didn't feel dismissed. I feel heard. And I appreciated him very much.

When I was in there, the staff and the doctor was perfect. The intake nurse was awesome. I was greeted with smiles all the way around. I couldn't ask for a better place to go to because I've never been there, and I definitely will be back.

I went in not able to breathe. They got me right in. Took my blood pressure and temperature. Then swabbed me for covid and the flu. Then I waited over an hour. At that point i walked out of room and looked around and found nobody. So I left. My inhaler was at home and I needed to breathe. Told the lady at intake I was leaving and they could call me with the results. Which they did immediately. It was obvious to me, due to how many patients weren't in the waiting room, how many cars were not in the parking lot that they forgot about me. Such a disappointment!

Yes, Dr. Jason and his male nurse were very wonderful with my son. My son's very hard to get an accurate reading on his oxygen and his beats per minute heart rate and everything. And oh my God, they were amazing. They did wonderful with him. I was very impressed and very happy with Dr. Jason and his team. They were wonderful at Express Care. I have absolutely no complaints at all. They were wonderful.
