J. Fletcher Drogos, MD, is a radiation oncologist who treats patients with cancer at the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Augusta, which he joined in August 2022. Dr. Drogos' technical expertise includes stereotactic body radiotherapy (SRBT) - lung, liver, adrenal, spine, metastases and prostate; intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT); image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) with ExacTrac, cone-beam CT, 4DCT; stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) using frameless linac set-up; brachytherapy for prostate (HDR), gynecologic (HDR) and ocular (LDR plaque); radiopharmaceuticals using Xofigo, Iodine-131; Optune; Space OAR; and benign radiotherapy for keloid scars, Dupuytren's contracture and Heterotopic Ossification (HO).
