Excellent customer service!!! From schedule to office staff and Dr. Kumar was wonderful!!! So refreshing to have such good care??

Wondering how much it cost me to sign my name and shake the doctor's hand for a ten minute visit asked but couldn't get an answer

I was not able to get a print out of my son's visit that included the drs diagnosis and treatment. The front desk had to call another department and they have to mail me this information. My son is mentally disabled and has a caseworker that is supposed to have this information quickly. This is very inconvenient. The same thing happened at his appointment a few weeks prior at Augusta Family Medicine. They were supposed to mail me the information and never did.

Driving fifty miles to have them say no surgery needed Primary could of did that in Wtvl

I got the distinct impression that Dr. Kumar felt I was wasting his time, though I did not ask for this appointment, nor did I know why it was made. I left scratching my head.

It takes too long to get appointment and surgery dates

The Dr came in for maybe 10 minutes and spoke very fast and presented a lot of information, asked if I had questions and left. It felt very rushed and overwhelming and I did not feel like I was able to explain my concerns, get useful feedback or a recommended plan of care

dr kumar was the best. he was fast, efficient, and direct, he didn't waste any of my time. he answered all my questions, and i wasn't even late for work.

My heath Hx in prep for my visit coud have emailed me the form rather than sending it by snail mail.

Mt appt lasted 10 minutes. Didn't seem to interested in answering many questions and wanted yo get our as soon as possible. The older lady at the main help desk was nice

The dr. Wasn't very informative. Radiology girl was nice. Nurse was excellent.

Dr. kumar was very kind and understanding. He is knowledgable and gave me confidence in him.

He pretty much told me I had to be referred to a second doctor if I wanted to be treated.

This was a follow up visit after my surgery a week ago. Dr. Kumar has a very calming way...gives you plenty of time to ask questions...his answers are clear and concise ...a very kind and caring doctor. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I thought the doctor was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he's talking about. And the nurses were super awesome, friendly, and nice. Yay!

I waited an hour for the doctor, which that happens. I saw him for approximately four minutes. He didn't seem to be in a hurry, but after all it was a consultation visit. But I didn't feel too reassured too much when I left. But the doctor is a good man. I just, I've just had a lot going on and I didn't, I felt like I didn't know anymore when I came in than when I left.

Dr. Kumar was extremely kind. He was personable and I really liked him. He did a very good job, made me understand everything that we were going to go through and definitely would use him again. But to begin with, it took me a year and a half to get into a doctor for surgery for this. That concerned me terribly. I couldn't find a general surgeon that would do this hernia operation for me. I had been to Augusta in the emergency room where they had to push it back in for me and they said they couldn't do it that day but it's something that's got to be done immediately. Then I've been a year and a half waiting to find somebody that would do it. Finally, Dr. Kumar took me on and scheduled me in a cancellation spot and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend him so far. Thank you.
