Staff is great. While waiting I witnessed a patient care giver sit with the elderly gentleman engage in conversation for over 20 minutes. She was exceptional. I spoke to her after my appointment. Such a nice interaction to witness. Congrats to her. Heather is a great communicator. He listens offers her expertise in a empathetic manner. Great experience for me.

Happy with initial experience as a new patient. Heather was able to listen and communicate keeping me knowledgeable and in agreement with treatment. I felt confident.

People were very helpful. They explained everything well they felt comfortable and safe in their hands.

Heather did a great job explaining what they were doing and why and how and went very smoothly. In the future they might just mention you'll be in some discomfort for a day or two, but other than that it was a good experience.

Excellent interview, but, disappointed in no response to my follow up question on the portal about the medication she prescribed. Same RX as the ER gave me but different daily dosage....seems she made an error. I entered this question on the portal twice and still no answer....

Dr was 30 min. late.

Very professional and very helpful

This was my first experience with ME General's Urology clinicians. I was impressed with both the gracious professionalism of the front desk and especially pleased with Dr. Smith's attentive assessment of my symptoms and referral for a CT scan which occurred within two days of my appointment with Dr. Smith. This was a huge relief as my symptoms of the past year (plus) are becoming more frequent and pronounced.

Very pleasant experience

My first time meeting Heather. She is very professional and throughly explained my condition and laid out a plan going forward. Much appreciated.

Faxes on my medical test from another doctor were faxed to the office and were there when I was there, but nobody looked to see them. When I checked out, I asked about them and the lady said, oh, I haven't checked today. She looked and the faxes were there. Unfortunately, my appointment is already done. So they did not get to see the results from tests that had been done previously.

I come away feeling that I am receiving comprehensive care - that I am in good hands medically. Thanks to Heather Smith and staff!

Check in took 10 minutes and I was in just 3d before. I have been asked about a hundred times whether I have Medicare from black lung and the reason for my eligibility will not change over the last decade plus. That is just an example, but starting a visit asking questions that are redundant contributes to the right hand does know what the left hand is doing issue.

The entire staff is very professional and courteous. They actually make me look forward to my visits.

Updating of medications could be more often. System still listed antibiotics that were used quite sometime ago and not sure if they should still be listed.
