For Heather Smith was great she didn't make me uncomfortable for my issues she was great. She explained everything very clearly for me to understand. When I went back the nurse was extremely supportive,caring my feelings and concern was her priority towards me and as well she did not make me feel uncomfortable which I definitely appreciated that I could not ask for a better healthcare team for my situation thank you please let them know that I was extremely grateful

Updating of medications could be more often. System still listed antibiotics that were used quite sometime ago and not sure if they should still be listed.

Dr. that examed me, didn't seem that interested in spending the time answering my concerns. He didn't appear friendly, and I felt, after my exam, I was being rushed out of the room.

Heather Smith's patient care is extraordinarily.

The person at the front desk wasn't the friendliest. I have had this experience with her in the past both in-person as well as on the phone. Going to the doctors can be a stressful experience, at least for me it is. Being greeted/checking in with someone who is friendly goes a long way. The other staff that I have interacted with in the front office have been amazing.

My nurse and doctor were absolutely fantastic but the receptionist was extremely rude. When I knew I was going to the account few minutes late for my appointment I called ahead to reschedule but the gentleman on the phone said to come down and they will do their best to get me seen. Upon arrival a female receptionist was very rude and lectured me about the importance of being on time for appointments. I work for a veterinary clinic I understand the importance of being on time for appointments but we are all human and accidents happen. I did not appreciate her attitude or being treated like a child. Everything about my visit was great but she did make me feel very uncomfortable and ashamed of myself.

The care team was very professional.

The public bathroom was gross. The floor was all yellow near the toilet, maybe it was just stained, but the floor was sticky also. It also had a urine smell in the bathroom. Provider and staff were wonderful though.

I was able to get in really quickly and reschedule another appointment in just as little as a week and my service was very friendly and yeah, I think they did a great job.

Janitorial seemed lacking. Bathroom trash container filled up, toilet needed touch up cleaning. Procedure room's large trash bucket was overflowing with previous patient disposables. Not what you want to see!

provider was good at listening to my issues

My pharmacy had not received my prescription. When I called office very hard to get anyone on the phone. Also no one knew how much a bladder scan would be at my next appointment or offered to get that information and call me back. It's done in the office so surprised no one knew. Love Heather Smith she is compassionate and very helpful. Office staff needs to be little more friendly.
