Hannah was really great. I really appreciated the candid conversations and I didn't feel afraid to ask any questions and I really appreciate too the immediate follow-up on results, etc. The only feedback I could give is from the front desk staff when they recommended us to go over to the labor and delivery to talk to somebody, some instructions or clear instructions about how to get there, where to find them, because we didn't realize that they were behind a locked door and then when we got over there, nobody was there to let us in to talk to and so we ended up not being able to explore that option and have the conversations that we wanted to with those folks.

My new midwife, Sianna Bryant, was super kind and explained everything really well and the staff got me scheduled as what I needed to be scheduled. And this is my second pregnancy with Maine General and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. You guys are the best.

They listened, were kind, and took great care of me. I have never been so thankful to of been treated appropriately and finally was able to feel good again after 5 days of not eating or drinking.

Who provides me care is constantly changing, I would like to be scheduled with the same midwife each time.

I would have appreciated getting more questions answered. I felt like there wasn't time for that.

The most frustrating thing for me since changing offices is it seems that every provider has differing opinions on my prenatal care. As a first time mom this is causing me anxiety. Hannah was great. After my appt with her I had a growth scan. I was called the next day by a student who doesn't know any of my history. I just wish my results would be given to me by a provider I've spoken to before. I still am confused why I even needed the ultrasound because the results were still the same as before but I'm told it's normal by half the staff and half the staff seems concerned by it. This has caused me so much anxiety about labor. I wish everyone could be on the same page. Or I wish the providers would stop mentioning my babies size (>99th percentile) if it's apparently no big deal and "tall women grow big babies". If that's the case I don't want to speak about it any more before labor, it is a huge stressor for me after every appointment and I have no idea how I should feel when everyone is giving me a different opinion. I wish I never did the growth scan.
