Improvements could be having your appointment on time. My appointment was scheduled for, I believe it was 10 o'clock. I did not get to see anybody until 10.40, which I thought was highly unacceptable for that long of a wait and to have literally a five-minute visit. That's really my only complaint. was please, you expect us to be on time, so we would appreciate it if you guys were on time. That's it, thank you.

The care team was a God Send. Had to have surgery on my fistula and then dialysis right after.

medication. It was a medication that I was supposed to take, and it wasn't in their system, they said. But no one would bother to find out if it was or not, and to try to get it so I can have it. I had to leave the hospital, taking a chance of something happening to me, to get to FMI, to have them send that information to your hospital so I can have it.

The wait time in the waiting room before and during the appointment was very long. They said my appointment was at 9.30 but should be there by 9.15, which I was. I didn't see the doctor until 10 after 10. And you know, I have a job that I left for this appointment and had to go back to. It's my only day that I don't have dialysis. So yeah, the wait time could have been less.

Wasn't told anything about what they found or why I really needed a visit? He checked pulse w a stethoscope and said they sound good ! I'm not worried well why am I there if it's not important? They said the same m e to my sister and she was back in tge hospital in two weeks because of blood clots !
