The doctor was in the room for all of 5 minutes, was incredibly dismissive and did not take any of my concerns seriously

Even though Dr Stucky was obviously very busy, he took time to thoroughly explain my situation. He did so in a clear and reassuring manner.

For this appointment, I had nothing that was well at all. To start off with, this doctor that I had an appointment with, I don't know who scheduled with him, but it did not belong to me. He was a surgeon. I was assumed, I thought I was following up with a cardiologist. He told me very firmly that he is not a oncologist, cardiologist. He doesn't know why I had this appointment and he had nothing to say to me about my condition. I am totally dissatisfied with this. Who the heck made that appointment with that man and why me? It was awful. Thank you.

Nice experience even though I was late to my appointment. Nobody made me feel bad or disrespected in any way. Tech person was very nice and knowledgeable. Doc was well informed and took his time with me.

Patients are asked to come 15 minutes early for appts, yet registration staff don't let patients know when a provider/office is running late. why? I waited 30 minutes and the person before me 45. Why couldn't someone just popped out to let us know? Patients could know its ok to use the restroom, maybe get a drink or snack. (we don't step away for fear of being called and missing the appt) Dr Stucky was very pleasant, answered all questions, informative and even apologized for the wait time. Nurse did also which I appreciate

Everyone are vary friendly and fast.whwn my appointment are down there I'm never leave with out them answering my questions.

Dr Stucky is a great surgeon and now is following up with me annually! He is very easy to talk with and explains things well.

i really like this team Dr Stucky is very throw and explains so I understand. He tells me what will becoming. I like they will contact me with the next date for test and the follow up appointment to see him for test results. I feel very lucky to have Dr Stucky as my doctor.
