Dr. Ding is terrific. She listens and is very knowledgeable.

The fact that people do not stay in this office is concerning. The doctor today was great but I am not able to have her as my PCP. Frustrating!

Start with the people in the office as you come in and register. They're very friendly and if they recognize you, they're very good at that and they're very polite. And then you go on to the nurse that you go in with. She's very good. She's friendly and puts you at your ease. Let's face it, most people go in with white coat syndrome. Then with Dr. Ding, she's wonderful. She's one of the best and I'm an elderly lady and she's one of the best I've had. She listens and she talks to you and she explains things to you and you can ask dumb questions and she doesn't make you feel like a fool. She'll explain it. So as a doctor, I am extremely pleased and I am very happy with this.

The front was very nice, Nurse Lisa was as well. DR Ding is exceptional! I arrived 10 minutes ahead for my 11 am appt. My only complained is waiting 35/40 minutes past my scheduled appt. to get into a room. I do understand some patients take more time. I am retired so do have time, don't like to complain but you asked. I have in the past been a patient of Maine General, found this was always the way, sometimes even longer wait time.

I always am impressed with the ability my PCP and staff to keep me on track even with the multiple issue I have. I'm glad I have a team like this that works to keep me healthy and feeling good.

I arrived early for my appointment. My appointment was for 11:30 . I left at 12:05 never saw the pa she was behind.

I was very upset as my appointment was at a certain time and I had to wait at least 45 minutes longer for my appointment I was not happy. My time is valuable just like everyone else's and they should not have scheduled if I was going to have to wait that long. Because of that I missed another very important appointment. I was not happy at all...

Dr Ding is the reason I travel from Orono for medical care: she listens carefully. The office waiting area should offer a water fountain; I need to have water on hand as well as toilet facilities.

Dr. Ding is aware of how complex my case is and how frustrated I have been with trying to feel better and get answers for multiple health issues. She takes her time with me, offers me alternative solutions if it's something that hasn't been tried in the past, is open minded to naturopathic care and alternative medical care because she knows modern medicine isn't the full solution. She is an asset and I am so glad that she is still my dr after everything that happened with Northern Light. I have been receiving excellent care with Maine General and feel like the drs and nps are REALLY trying to help me as well as all of their patients. Please keep doing what you're doing. For the first time in a long time, I actually have hope that I might get answers to undiagnosed health issues.

Dr Ding does an extraordinary job interpreting new complex clinical information as well as processing medical history as it is gathered and presented to her. She focuses on a myriad of medical, social and emotional needs of a patient within time constraints of each appointment.

My doctor was extremely late for my appointment and I was rushed out without having a discussion about a lot of things I wanted to ask about. I don't feel my care is anywhere near what we pay for healthcare. My doctor is OK but didn't spend the time I needed with her.

I had an appt with Dr Ding and she was great. I went in to had a spot shaved on my leg. She took the time to assess treatment options. Explained all to me. Gave me a TED talk on what to look for and what to expect. Even let me show her other spots I was getting concerned with. Her ability to connect with patients is great. This was the first time in a long time where I felt like I was getting the right level of education. I expected to go into the office. Get a scrap in 10 mins and be out the door.
