I arrived early for my appointment. My appointment was for 11:30 . I left at 12:05 never saw the pa she was behind.

I was very upset as my appointment was at a certain time and I had to wait at least 45 minutes longer for my appointment I was not happy. My time is valuable just like everyone else's and they should not have scheduled if I was going to have to wait that long. Because of that I missed another very important appointment. I was not happy at all...

Dr Ding is the reason I travel from Orono for medical care: she listens carefully. The office waiting area should offer a water fountain; I need to have water on hand as well as toilet facilities.

Dr. Ding is aware of how complex my case is and how frustrated I have been with trying to feel better and get answers for multiple health issues. She takes her time with me, offers me alternative solutions if it's something that hasn't been tried in the past, is open minded to naturopathic care and alternative medical care because she knows modern medicine isn't the full solution. She is an asset and I am so glad that she is still my dr after everything that happened with Northern Light. I have been receiving excellent care with Maine General and feel like the drs and nps are REALLY trying to help me as well as all of their patients. Please keep doing what you're doing. For the first time in a long time, I actually have hope that I might get answers to undiagnosed health issues.

Dr Ding does an extraordinary job interpreting new complex clinical information as well as processing medical history as it is gathered and presented to her. She focuses on a myriad of medical, social and emotional needs of a patient within time constraints of each appointment.

My doctor was extremely late for my appointment and I was rushed out without having a discussion about a lot of things I wanted to ask about. I don't feel my care is anywhere near what we pay for healthcare. My doctor is OK but didn't spend the time I needed with her.

Dr Ding took her time and made sure all questions were answered. She was prepared, kind and caring.

I had an appt with Dr Ding and she was great. I went in to had a spot shaved on my leg. She took the time to assess treatment options. Explained all to me. Gave me a TED talk on what to look for and what to expect. Even let me show her other spots I was getting concerned with. Her ability to connect with patients is great. This was the first time in a long time where I felt like I was getting the right level of education. I expected to go into the office. Get a scrap in 10 mins and be out the door. The education for me was just what I needed to leave the office with. Thank you Dr Ding.

Dr. Ding is the absolute best. After having the same provider most of my childhood and part of my adult life I wasn't sure if I'd get a provider I liked as much in the future. Dr. Ding is a great addition to the team. She took the time to review the various reports and records from the several specialists I had seen in the past several months so she could offer her recommendations for my Healthcare. Most doctors don't bother to read the actual records.
