I have been dealing with my cancer diagnosis for almost a year now. In that time I have not encountered one single person (staff) who hasn't been extremely pleasant, kind, caring, knowledgeable, helpful!! HACCC is an amazing facility and we are very lucky to have it here in central Maine!

The whole staff from front to back was great! I used to go to northern light, but switched to Maine General. Even though I have to drive over an hour and half to get to my appointment, it's well worth it!

All of the staff, including Dr Adler, were kind, thoughtful, caring, and seemed very interested in my wellbeing. Dr. Adler is smart, knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions in laymen's terms. I appreciate that. She doesn't sugarcoat what she tells me, but delivers that information in a caring fashion. I absolutely trust her and appreciate all that she has done for me thus far.

Everyone at the facility (even the cleaning crew) is so kind and pleasant! "What can we do to make you comfortable " seems to be the motto here. After horrible experiences at Northern Lights, you are a breath of fresh air.

The nurses and doctors were phenomenal at this location. They were caring, patient, accommodated the needs that my child had at the time. It was an overall impressive facility, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone else who needs to get some blood work or oncology work.

You kept changing my time. I mean, the date was, the day was all right. It's just that it started out at 3:20, then it went to like 2:00, and then it went to like 1:30, and then it was 9:30. I mean, I had to keep changing times of other things I had to do, and I didn't appreciate that at all.

I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. The treatment, care, and attention I have received since than has been nothing short of amazing. Every single person I have come in contact with at HACC has been friendly, efficient, and caring! Everyone goes out of their way to be sure I'm comfortable, getting questions answered and following up whenever necessary.

All providers involved are excellent and compassionate. The chemo facility; the building and grounds are clearly brilliantly designed to create a sense of serenity and healing. I love coming there for treatment and that has made all the difference!

Except for the ongoing construction where offices are being moved around (making it difficult to find) and no general info until you enter the elevator, I received the absolute best care as usual. Hopefully soon everything will be in it's permanent place and make it convenient for us all.
