When I called for an appointment with my provider, it was stated that he was on vacation. So I was set up with another provider Erika Hall PA. she did a fantastic job spending a lot of time with me in a non-rush feeling. She was very easy to talk to explained the situation well and sent me for appropriate testing. She called me back the next day gave me some results. Very professional.

Everything was fine.

My appt was at 250. I didn't see the her till 4. I asked for an xray. She kept repeating over and over I needed a CT in the ER, till I gave in. It was negative. Now I am going to have a big bill. Im not going to see her again. She has her own agenda, she wasn't worried about the patient care.

Wait time was excessive. Appointment lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes from check in to check out. This was a routine visit.

She was very thorough and helpful, but I waited over an hour beyond my appointment time.

The wait time was awful. I waited for 1hr and 30min for my appointment. I expect a wait. However, that was way too long.

Erika is very knowledgeable and made sure to ask many questions to make sure she had enough information on my condition. Very thorough and a pleasurable visit!

My experience was very good. She was very thorough and wrote notes after our discussion from the appointment and did very thorough testing, and I appreciate it. And I would highly recommend her

Erika was a breath of fresh air! She took her time, explained everything she was going and why and I was not rushed out until I felt ok to leave even though the waiting room was full! The best P.A. I've seen in a very long time! Please clone her!!

Everyone I know says not to go to Augusta ER. Even the medical friends suggest going to locations that are a distance away because of the conditions at the ER in Augusta. It's very sad that things don't change.

Erika Hall was wonderful! She stayed after hours to see my child and explained things thoroughly. When discussing meditation treatment, I thought my child may have been on sulfa meds as a baby. She even followed up with a phone call an hour after leaving to clarify that after reviewing his chart, he had never been on sulfa meds and informed me signs to watch for in case of an allergy. I appreciated the high level of care and attention she provided, especially after hours.

So grateful for the staff who fixed my issue quickly and warmly. 10/10 experience - thank you!

Erika is a class act! She listened and was understanding of my problem, gave me options for treatment, and advised me on what to watch out for going forward. She also called me, on her own time, to check on me!

My experience was great. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Very professional staff. Erica Hall was the best medical person that has ever helped me.

This is just a tip for improvement and it involves parking. I have a mobility issue and the walk just from any handicap spot to the doors is very long and the island that's full of gravel, if there was a walkway across that it would save a lot of steps. Thank you.

The PA I saw was wonderful! The next when when I called with a concern about my antibiotic, the nurse I spoke with was very impatient and rude. I wish that I had remembered her name because she needs to have a kinder attitude.

Erika Hall, NP was fantastic. She listened, she cared. She called me herself after hours to give results. The check in staff was also great, ensuring all the information was correct, fast and efficiently.

It was a very pleasant visit and I'm glad I got there when I did....being the first one in the door!

The dr who took care of me was incredible. She talked to me, not over me. She was supportive and even though I felt miserable, she made me feel heard and it was a great experience.

Dr. Erica was very kind and sympathetic to my needs, informed me well of what was going on and how to continue with my aftercare.

The follow up was poor. I had requested a referral to a gastrointestinal specialist and never heard from anyone. Then when I followed up with a phone call they said they would have someone call me within several days. The did, BUT I was only offered an appointment in 12 MONTHS! I replied this is unacceptable!! Said they would try and get me into a different facility. STILL WAITING.

Erika was lovely as well as the nurse that I saw. I had a challenging situation and they did everything to keep me calm and comfortable and get me on my way. They were extremely kind and compassionate.

Every staff person I interacted with was both calm and efficient. So they were making it look easy, they were cheerful and kind, and it did not take an unreasonable amount of time to get services. So thank you for that.

Staff was amazing!!

The team did really well. I understand that it was a very very busy day and hallways were full of people. Just wish there was s way the people waiting in the waiting area were able to see the doctor sooner as far as what is wrong with them. The older people have to wait too long for a diagnosis, they are old and just want to go home. They are tired besides not feeling well. Alot of them just leave without not knowing what is their diagnosis. I did not mind waiting because anytime i go to ER i know it is a day of waiting. I know everyone is doing their job, i just wish for older people there would be a way to get them out sooner. Thank you for listening.

Everything about my recent experience at MaineGeneral Health Express Care was excellent. The front-office staff were efficient and friendly. There was almost no wait before I was conducted to an examination room to be seen by an RN before Dr. Erika Hall came in to deal with my issue. She was not only compassionate and highly skilled but incredibly efficient and well informed about the issue I was dealing with. I could not have hoped for better care had I gone to one of the great teaching hospitals in Boston. I'm immensely grateful for her good nature, her intelligence, and her ability to get things done!

The windows around the front desk area create a physical barrier, but NOT a sound barrier. Front desk staff should be aware that they have a captive audience and their voices carry, particularly when they are having personal conversations.

Erika was very thorough, professional and pleasant. Excellent bedside manner.

The entire staff was very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They made me feel like my needs were important and that they truly cared about me.
