Dr Daniels knew what he needed to do and let me know what I needed as well. Very polite and caring. I am so glad I had him at my appointment. The entire staff was very helpful.

I have hip and back issues. I understand why the care needs to be parsed out to the hip team and spine team. I've seen the hip team and am being referred to PT, however, i will begin PT without the therapist having integrated clinical feedback from the spine team, which could significantly alter the course of my therapy. I wish there was better integration. It is quite likely that it could take a few weeks for me to see the spine team, even though I had the spine x-rays weeks ago, and even though I am having nerve compression symptoms. As it was, it took me almost a month to get in to see the hip team. So, the piecemeal nature of the care is frustrating. I will acknowledge my PCP sent the referral with hip pain, and that this may have limited the scope of the intake. However, after meeting with my provider for my hip, I wish it could have been as simple as him directly referring me to the spine team based on my symptoms, his exam and the x-ray report on my spine which clearly indicated lumbar stenosis and and vertebral disc herniation. This is not a knock on Eric, the PA who examined me and who I liked and felt confident in his counsel. I just wish the initial intake could have been more nuanced, specific to my symptoms with better integration of my care. .

I was with her the whole time and was very satisfied with her care.

The MA that called my name was loud and did not introduce herself. Made me feel that I was a bother. I was placed in a room and the door shut with a short comment that someone would be in to get me. The PA only addressed my right knee and not my left. My attempts to talk about my left knee were brushed off. I was made to feel that was just another patient with no real issue.

Eric was very informative and I just loved him.

First class service, no question.

The doctor who ended up seeing me was definitely very knowledgeable and good. However, I waited over an hour for him to see me. And at one point, I think the staff forgot about me entirely. So I was extremely disappointed with that aspect of the service.

It was recommended that I use Voltaren cream on my hip, for bursitis. When I read the warning on the label, I learned that it is not recommended if the patient is taking an anticoagulant. Thus, Voltaren is an inappropriate treatment for me (Eliquis is listed in my medications). I called the office, but have not heard back.

I was disappointed that I was unable to schedule an injection for my knees until the end of August.

It was disappointing to find out the length of time until the possibility of a surgical procedure remedy for my condition was.

Eric Daniels was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, charming, sensitive, gave me a lot of information, listened to what I had to say. I would recommend him highly to anyone. I was really, really pleased and I had to travel quite a distance from my hometown to Augusta for the service and it was worth every mile. So I really do appreciate Eric Daniels. Okay, thank you.

Pleasant people and nice facility. Very disappointed with apparent 6 mo. waiting time for badly needed hip surgery.

The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. They gave me a nice cup of coffee and a small snack which hit the spot. Also threw a heated blanket on me that felt so relaxing and cozy. I did not have to wait long for my medicine to be drawn up which made everything very efficient and fast. Overall, a very good experience.

The physician's assistant was incredible. I think it's Dr. Daniels and he was really great with children, very good at explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and I felt very confident in everything that he was recommending. The only thing I would say is scheduling, I wanted to get in earlier, but I understand that it is a smaller practice and they are very busy. That's the only feedback I'd have. I would have wanted to be able to get in quicker than I did. But everything was great once we did get there and my son is on the mint. Thank you so much.

Everybody was wonderful. They told me what I needed to know. They made me feel included in the decision, answered all my questions. I came out of that appointment feeling that I had actually been heard, paid attention to, and would highly recommend this provider again. Thanks.

The staff was congenial. The OMAC doctor was very nice. It took so long to get an appointment that my knee had pretty much healed. I'm not really sure it's totally healed, but I feel, as I told him, the knee is feeling pretty good now other than when I lay down sometimes. But overall, I would say the staff was quite good. And there wasn't a lot of discussion, so I can't give much of a better opinion than what I just did. But overall, I would surely come back if I needed the help, if I could get a timely appointment.

Really like Dr. Daniels he's a great guy

My team of specialists and primary care doctors work very well together and are working very hard to make my health as good as it can be considering what I've been through. And I really appreciate it. They saved my life when I had to have my leg amputated because I got a bad infection in it. And they've just been wonderful to me and my family. Thank you very much. The staff and Dr Daniel are great. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Eric did a wonderful job. He was slow and attentive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Eric. The only stag for the operation, it's probably not your fault. It's just so hard to get an appointment. You know, you can wait a long time. Thankfully, I snuck in, I think it was about two weeks, two, three weeks, but I know it can be much longer than that. Otherwise, all good.

It was helpful to have the X-rays of my knee done and viewed by the provider during the same appointment. I was was called to be seen after only a couple of minutes in the waiting room.

This was a follow up visit for a fractured fibula that was diagnosed at Express Care. Dr. Daniels and his associate was wonderful and very thorough!

Eric Daniels, PA, that I see for treatment of my arthritic knees is wonderful. The gel shots I have had in the past and the recent cortisone shots were virtually painless. He was very informative, answered all my questions and reviewed what will possibly happen next if I am still in a lot of pain and arthritis has worsened. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!

Eric Daniel's and his staff were friendly and understanding. My injury and how to deal with it to help it heal properly were very well explained and easy to understand. I go back in 6 weeks to do a check on how the Injury is healing.

Eric Daniels is a great PA. He takes really good care of me and under his care my knee that wasn't projected to be okay without replacement, is slowly getting better and has been improving.

I felt he listened...showed my xray to me..explained what was causing my problem..and told me it should improve on its own..I felt relieved and satified..he also said he would be showing xrays to a colleague and let me know if he detected a problem..

I found them very personable, very informed. I felt cared for and I thought they did a really good job in keeping me going in the direction that i was going taking the steps that would make me even better.

I had a very positive experience. The staff was helpful and the Dr.answered all my questions. We came up with a treatment plan that made sense for me going forward.

I fractured an ankle and sprained it as well. I would have liked the option of an MRI before starting to do weightbearing in boot. I also had to call a few time to get directions when I was challenged with mobility issues etc. I think think that the people who wrked with me were wonderful; I guess I am used to being discharged with more specific typed instructions and guidance for recovery. It should be routine, as it is in after-surgery care.
