The reception area when I got there was extremely kind and helpful. And Emily, the nurse practitioner, made me feel so safe and listened to and she showed that she cared. So I felt very comfortable with her, even though I felt so bad. So I really liked Emily. She's very kind, thorough, and I trusted her. Thank you.

It took a long time for them to call me with urine results. First they said kidney stone take Tylenol and then they call on Saturday to tell me it is a uti. I think I should have known sooner. Other than that great care!

Yes, I was very pleased to think that they called me back a few days after I had been in for treatment and they had called me in a prescription. They called in to tell me what the lab results showed, the urinalysis. So I was very pleased with that. And I would come back for your service again when needed. Okay, thank you.

Both the person who checked me in in the initial visit and then the nurse practitioner who saw me were excellent in not minimizing my concerns and helping me with what I should do if I got worse and I got better. So thank you very much. Great service.

I thanks Dr Zack for listening and giving me and order for a Chest X-ray. I was so sick and I went and they found fluid in my lungs and I received 2 2 antibiotics, thank you from the bottom of my heart

MaineGeneral Health's Express Care is a fantastic service, especially for someone like me whose primary care physician is almost two hours away from Augusta. The health care I've received there has always been topnotch. I could not be more grateful for this facility, which not only does a great job but means that one does not have to go to the emergency room. A+++

Great staff. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Have had to visit Express Care a few times this year. It is always the same. My husband and I are lucky such care is available.

The parking situation for vehicles needs to be addressed. Some people can't walk from the across the street parking lot to the front door, sometimes fix the parking lot.

The person at the front desk was absolutely great. The two nurses were so kind when I was in a terrible pain. They help me out so much. I actually called two days later on the phone and the person who I spoke to was also very very nice. I cannot express how grateful I am that I got the care that I did. Thank you.

Hi, I've only been to the express care one time and I was treated very, very well. I was very satisfied, but I would need more experience, I think, to rate a 10, so to speak. So I rate it an 8 and I just wanted to explain that. It wasn't that anyone did anything wrong or bad. I was very happy in how fast I got in. I was very happy with the service. and the way that I can have a call back if I needed antibiotic or more help rather than come and start over. Thank you for your service. Bye.

This was a refreshing experience - I expected to be there for hours waiting but was in and out in an hour. I wish I'd had known how great this place was sooner Emily Zack was very professional and actually listened to me explaining my symptoms and treated me accordingly.

Express care is always so kind and attentive. Quick good service I would recommend going to express care over the emergency department any day. I personally feel that the providers that I have ever had at express care is caring, quick, knowledgeable and overall a great place to get care if you can't get into your primary for something urgent.

The staff was very helpful to me. I got a quick response to register. The staff at the registry should get me a wheelchair because I couldn't walk. And I was placed in the TV room for less than five minutes. And then I was taken to the room where my doctor is going to be, Dr. Zack. And she explained everything to me, outlined everything. Then I was wheeled back to the front. And then I was taken by a staff downstairs. And then I met another staff, which is a social worker, and she stayed there with a lot of us down there, and make sure everything was okay with us, to take us to our car. So I thank you guys for the great work that you are doing.

I was too sick to be treated at ExpressCare. The nurse practitioner said it would be in my best interest to go to the ER in Augusta, which we did. She explained why ...I was too sick to get it but my kids got it and it all worked out for the better

My only concern was how long it took to get the test results and a prescription. I was told 48 hrs. And it was 72. I called several times before receiving a call- back. Staff was very friendly.

Emily is a good listener and communicator. She worked with me to Make decisions., i only wanted the xray. . Follow up was good. I was surprised we had agreed for me to go to Gardiner Urgent Care for the xray but the documentstion said Augusta. It all worked out but would have been easier: That may have been the 'consultants preference. I was treated. well.

When my own personal doctor wasn't really listening to my concerns, it felt very validating to have the provider at express care listen to everything I said and about my situation and symptoms. She explained that we could go at it a few ways. Once again, I felt they really empathized with my extreme itching. Thanks so much! I'm feeling much better!

Living in MA most of the year, my experiences in Maine are completely different and 100% better here. From wait times to personnel you are far superior. 2 months ago my primary doc sent me to ER after I had wonky eye issues and needed a CT scan. I was in the waiting room for 9 hours. BAD.

I felt that the Augusta walk-in care was much more concerned about any of my issues than I've ever felt about the Augusta walk-in care. I mean, sorry, the Augusta was better than the Waterville walk-in.

Everything at expresscare was great except they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy which was closed and I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone to send it to the correct place before the pharmacy I told them to send it to closed. I had to wait until the next day to get my antibiotic and therefore delayed my treatment which was not pleasant

I went to express care to deal with a long over due blood pressure issue. Sign in was easy and trouble free. In less than 5 min. I was getting my vitals taken. In twenty min. I was talking to A NP. The three ladies I dealt with were extremely professional and great to deal with. Thank you MG and your staff for a great medical experience. i wish more hospitals offered this kind of care and professionalism.

I don't know a lot about hospitals and stuff, but I went in there. I knew what I had. They listened to me. They gave me what I needed and they gave me instructions on how to use it. Very fast service everybody that I met in the facility was extremely nice and I like that I didn't have to go other places for x-ray. Everything was in house was very convenient and they were very prompt to check in on me after I went to make sure everything was going well. Seems like they went far beyond. I will definitely be going back there again if I have the need.

Its obvious that people from the front desk to the care rooms that they all care and are very polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. Just on top of it! I suffer from lyme and coinfections. Its very hard for me often times doing just about anything. But i have a good tude, and i can tell you all do as well. Nice to see. Blessings! I came into ExpressCare with signs and symptoms of vertigo. The staff immediately brought me in to an exam room to prevent me from being around other patients in the lobby as it was clear I was struggling with the symptoms. The staff were extremely compassionate and very thorough. They gave me plenty of choices about how to proceed with my care and gave me suggestions that I could understand. I am very grateful for their support and getting me back on track from a symptom that I've never had before.

The provider didn't come in and assess my child. She waited for the strep swab to come back and then came in the room with discharge paperwork before even laying eyes on my child. I get triage was great but my child was there with complaints of ear pain and fever and vomiting and a little throat pain and could have had an ear infection on top of strep which would have made her need more antibiotics than just strep. Also stated I wanted my prescription sent to CVS on triage and was sent to Walmart. I informed I wanted prescription sent to CVS and was then changed but didn't feel heard and definitely not the best care I know Maine general has to offer! I think a provider should at least assess a child before coming into room with discharge paperwork.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of registration, being seen by the registering nurse and FNP in a very timely way. All three were caring and professional, accommodating my hearing challenges and making sure we communicated clearly.

I have had little experience at Maine General Express Care, so I was very impressed with my visit there. The wait time was not very long, the nurse who initially saw me was very thorough in evaluating my concerns, and the nurse practitioner, Emily was wonderful. She examined the insect bite on my leg and felt that it was not a tick bite after listening to me and the appearance of it. She gave me instructions to follow if the situation changed. Overall, I felt very comforted and relieved.

I have always bee treated with the utmost respect anytime I either come in for a visit or a phone call. No matter how busy they might be always makes me feel as if I am their only patient of the day. Although I've had some troubles with my health which was scary, always has been a pleasure to ee him. More providers could learn a lot from how this office runs and treats people. Kudos for sure!!!

I am always amazed by the speed with which I am called in to an examining room to be seen at MaineGeneral Express Care, even when there are others waiting in the waiting room. The receptionists, nurses, and caregivers are always friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and empathic. This was particularly true of Emily Zack. I feel lucky to have access to such a superlative health service!
