As was told, I arrived well before my 1:00 appt only to find no one around...off at lunch! When someone did finally get to the window, there was no communication with me! Shouldn't they have at least asked why I was sitting there...waiting? Just my thoughts!!

Yes, I am, it's not the office's fault, but I'm waiting for an update on my blood work because the draw on my blood was too slow and it didn't come out right and I had to go get a new draw and I've been waiting to hear. I'm hoping that everything's okay with my blood, but I don't know that. So I'm waiting for the snow office to call me back. They said they would. So that's what I'm waiting for.

My first appointment with Emily Snow PA was just as I'd hoped. She listened to my questions and concerns and took the time to answer them thoroughly. She explained the connections between past health issues annd my current Chronic Kidney Disease. I never knew that was a link between my high risk pregancies 40 plus years ago and the state of my health now. Emily was both personable and professional through our appointment. I will definately continue to see her.

I think the staff is always helpful and very nice. My doctor is as sweet as can be. She's thorough but answers whatever questions I might have, but also gives me her opinion on other surgeries I might be doing. She's down to earth and not stuck up n or snobby at all. As n of now, she is releasing me. Anyone would be well cared for by Emily

Yes, this is Lynn Matis, and Emily Snow was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about my health, and about what I needed to get done, and what appointments I needed to schedule, and what tests needed to be done, and about my medication. She already had a list of that. And she's a very wonderful nurse. The lady who did my blood work, she was extremely nice as well. The people who did my paperwork were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend all of them to my family and friends.

Front desk staff very helpful with directions and took me where I needed to be. Excellent customer service. The office staff was very friendly,welcoming and professional.
