I wish you could schedule appointments for lab (blood) work. I often skip labs because the wait is so long and appointments are not allowed.

I love my maine general providers always attentive and go the extra mile

My visit could have been over the phone. I live 40 minutes away, 50 minutes away and had to arrange transportation both ways and it could have been done over the phone. I understand insurance doesn't allow that, but you know. But everything else was fine. You got the best facility on the map. The best doctors in the state.

I got an appointment the day after I called. The doctor was very thorough with explanations. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Emeline Suttie is an exceptional caregiver. She listens well. She takes time to hear what you have to say and always comes up with a good plan of care.

Everything was Great !

I was not impressed about having to wait almost an hour for my appointment. Not happy at all, no one came and brought me into a room. I had to go up to the desk twice. No one said anything to me for the reason why I had to wait. All I was told I'm sorry by practioner the computers were down. Someone could of given me a heads up.

They listened to my needs

Emeline is excellent. Takes the time to ask questions, listens and genuinely cares!

Of course, you don't ask about the hospital itself or its management. It was a virtual appointment that started 15 minutes late, and I had a $50 co-pay for the ultimate 8 minute appointment. You and the insurance industry are ... Oh, never mind.

My experience was positive.

I trust all my doctors in this practice. I've always been treated with respect. I travel from Maine, because I know and respect the doctors I've seen and they have always met my expectations.

Emeline did a thorough review of my history and was well prepared for this first time visit. She was professional and asked if I had any questions. She also followed up on the patient portal with appointments and reminders discussed. Very pleased with her.

The doctor at the gastroenterology was very, very helpful. She sent me to the emergency room. Thank you.

This was an evisit and provider had a little glitch with audio but we were able to complete with telephone! It went well. Love having these evisits-they save this old lady from traveling about 80 miles!!

Provider is excellent

Too many appointment confirmation text and phone "reminders " prior to the appointment date. I arrived and checked in several minutes before the appointment time, but didn't see my appointed provider for over 45 minutes.

She always makes sure that I am taken very well care of. She always makes sure that I have the medication that I need and she always makes sure that I have everything that I need. I love Emmeline. She's a good doctor and she always makes sure that I am very well taken care of, always. And I love Emeline. She's a good doctor and she's always right on top of my medication that I need and always gets me in if I need her before an appointment. She's always taking very good care of me and I think the world of Emeline.

Everything went great ...love the staff ..had X-rays...labs...very nice staff there also ...went quickly not a long time waiting....my practitioner was extremely caring ..always love going to my appointments with her she's caring ...asks about everything ..really listens to your thoughts and problems...to try to fix them !.... Very satisfied....always loved Maine General in Waterville.

I have utmost confidence in the care I receive from Gastroenterology. Emeline Suttie always takes time to listen and advise.

The only complaint I have is that I am handicapped. It requires me a lot of strength and energy to get from the parking lot to the upstairs of the hospital, which is not good, to the hospital, into the hospital is not a problem, but there is no parking. There's no handicapped anymore, handicapped parking. It is almost impossible. For those of us who have to walk with an accessory, it is extremely painful. I don't know what you can do, but it's a nightmare.

It was very pleasant, informative, and respectful. Give them an A!

I trust Dr. Suitte completely. She provided me with alternate options for medicine that I needed and was willing to discuss with me other issues not pertaining to my scheduled visit. This was very reassuring to me and I greatly appreciated her opinion.
