I wish that the doctors at Gardiner Family practice were as knowledgeable and caring about their patients as the team at this Gastro Office. Emeline Suttie exudes caring, compassion and medical knowledge. I am actually very afraid of the lack of care I get at Gardiner Family practice.

On my way home from my appointment I thought about how blessed I am to have such good medical care. I've been fortunate enough to have Emeline Suttie as my Gastro doctor for seven years. In a world where people struggle to find medical care I am fortunate enough to be able to email my doctor any time. Dr. Suttie knows my medical history and when she steps into my appointment room, I'm relaxed and I'm comfortable with asking her anything. I feel my life is much better and healthier because I am fortunate enough to have a doctor that truly listens.

My complaint about scheduling The staff i dealt with were uncaring, felt like I was being heard Didn't provide me with information that I needed to know. Very poor communication The registration person was not friendly, slow & couldn't answer a question I asked Poor way to start a visit Then I saw a wonderful MA & A n excellent provider I was comfortable with both & am very happy with their care

Over worked under paid. Treatments seem to be only what pharmacy have available. Never will I expect a cure with remission drugs, however the fault is not the Doctors. Its our American system of HEALTHCARE for profit. Please untie our Doctors and Hospitals treatments and open the doors to CURES.

Emeline is worth the hospital's weight in gold !! Her knowledge and expertise seem unmatched, and her genuine concern and care for her patience is outstanding. You would do exceptionally well to do whatever you can to hang on to this practitioner!! My hope is that you are soon able to recruit more practitioners, so that the ones still working so capably can have some relief in trying to handle too many patients with too many needs all at the same time! I honestly don't know how she manages in the way she does it, but I trust her implicitly with my care ! She is the best !!

I know my veins can be hard to find. When they had trouble finding a "good" vein in my arm to insert a needle, I really should have suggested that they call someone from the ER to do it. In my innocence, I suggested that they might use a vein on the back of my hand. I did not know and NO ONE thought to mention that injecting the stuff to "put me out" into the back of my hand would cause excruciating pain! I recall shrieking multiple times before I "went under." What an awful and totally unexpected experience. I've had six actual surgeries since 2017 (one for a pacemaker) and plenty of blood draws, but never before have I experienced this level of pain from sedation.

Emeline is a great provider. She listens well and gives great feedback and is very easy to work with.

Emeline was an amazing experience to have. She really does care and takes time to figure out what is best plan of action. She is the sweetest person I've ever met. Her and the medical assistants were very accommodating with my work schedule. I am so happy to be a part of the Maine General Community as a patient as well as a coworker. I am just so happy to be part of this practice. They have always given me the best care possible.

Emilie took a full hour with me reviewing my medical history and concerns and educating me on my new diagnosis and treatment options. She answered every question I had and was very patient and kind.

Had to change from in person to virtual because of weather. It was a relief and unexpectedly easy.

I felt like it took more attempts than necessary to get across to my doctor and medical staff that the medication I was on was making me worse and I was barely eating and had, like, no energy. And I also just I feel like the last time I went in, I was basically explained how steroids work as if I've never taken them, but I've been put on them multiple times for, like, almost up to a year at a time. So, like, this isn't a new medication and my doctor knows that, but it seems like she's forgetting what medication she's put me on, which is very concerning.

Both The student and Dr. Emeline, were thorough, patient, and very kind. I feel like I am in excellent hand's with Dr Emeline Suttie.

I don't do doctors very well, but when Emeline talks, I listen. She's excellent, and I feel very comfortable with her care.

Dr Suttie is exceptional . The most connected Dr I have ever had ... she has made a huge difference in my life . Because of her I have a normal life ...I am ver grateful that I have been fortunate enough to have a Dr that is knowledgeable and compassionate .
