Drew Bois, PA-C

Was so thankful for seeing Drew Bois. He knew my history and ordered an x-ray to make sure it wasn't pneumonia. And very soon after the appointment, Drew sent a message on Follow My Health to let me know the results! Very impressed.

I am very satisfied with the medical care that Drew Bois provides and I have deep trust in his medical advice and recommendations. I can tell that he is very sincere about the health and wellbeing of his patients.

Drew is a fine young PA.HE REALLY LISTENS AND HAS IDEAS ON HOW TO SOLVE YOUR MEDICAL PROBLEMS.

I was glad to see a trainee with the doctor. I believe it's a great way to get first hand experience when choosing a career. We need more of this in all aspects of life.

Appt was on time. Staff were aware of my medical condition and needs. Staff were all very helpful and courteous.

The nurse and Dr. Bois were very professional. They were solicitous and asked questions to better pinpoint where and when my knee is painful.

We didn't have to wait and they would explain anything we needed to know.

I went in and it was two doctors I had never seen before and both of them were excellent and I trusted both of them and it was a great visit and I appreciate everything they did for me.

The physician was very good, very helpful, very understanding, listened to what we had to say and gave us comments back and feedback, which was very important to us.

Drew seemed to be way over worked and stressed out. He spoke to me in an angry voice.

Dr. Drew Bois is my primary care physician. I was scheduled for a well visit. Dr. Bois was very through in addressing and explaining my lab results, my medications, and answering all my questions.

Felt like my examination was brushed off and not as thorough as needed. What was recommended did not address the reason I went.

Augusta Family Medicine is a great place. You walk in and reception is friendly. Love my pcp Drew Bois , he's awesome . He is very knowledgeable and thorough . His MA is wonderful too.

They were very detailed. They made an appointment. I got to do some blood work. Drew was a very nice, well-informed doctor, or physician assistant, and I appreciated his attention in helping me get everything I needed done.

My overall experience since it was discovered that my blood pressure was high all staff at Maine General ER were excellent!! Very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. I was called the next day to follow up how I was feeling. Also can say the same for Augusta Family Medicine.

My only complaint about Augusta Family Med is that there has been so much turnover since I came to them in 2016 or 2017. I am very glad to have kept the same doc for several years now -- Drew has been great. Hope this continues because it is very important in care and trust.

Appointment felt rushed from the get go. Dr didn't go over meds, ask for labs, ask about breast exam, or do typical Physical exam procedures. Also always a lengthy wait.

I had never seen Drew for care so this was my first visit with him. Drew had an appointment available so I took this spot. He is very likable, knowledgeable, and worked on a plan that worked for me. I left the facility and immediately went and had the tests done that he ordered. He also followed up with me with results and to see how I was feeling. Again, he set another plan in place and I have started that. Thank you, Drew!

Without telling you about my health issue, I'd like to say that in my opinion this was NOT the great care I have received in the past. I left the appointment feeling that my issue was not understood nor fully addressed. I was upset and will ask to not be treated again by this person.

Drew has been filling in after my previous PCP at MaineGeneral left. He has been very helpful and much appreciated in that interim capacity. He did note his surprise that no one had notified me that my care had been reassigned to another provider. I hope that future communication will be improved.

Yes, I would say that I've been very impressed with this facility because I've had a rough fall and winter with a number of medical problems I don't normally get and every time I've been in Augusta Family Care, they've done an outstanding job and their practitioners have been at least as good as most of the doctors and better than some of them that I've seen in the past number of many number of years. I just definitely say you're doing an excellent job. Just keep it up and have a good evening.

I just want to say, Drew Bois is an absolute thorough provider, and has a great bed side manner..he actually takes the time to listen and responds to your questions,,,he's an amazing addition AFM,,please don't leave Drew!

I feel so much confidence in my healthy future having switched my care to Drew Bois. I have already an audiology appointment. I'm scheduling my eye surgery appointment. I was insulted when he asked me if I brushed my teeth. I brush them 3-4 times a day, and go to a dentist regularly. My teeth are all there, and white, and clean. Not sure why he would ask that question as when talking to him he should have seen I have wonderful hygiene all around.
