All reasons for my visit were discussed. Most importantly I did not feel like I was just another number and I did not feel like I was being rushed.

Even though I couldn't get into see my assigned PCP, and specialist at FirstPark, I was seen and helped with the pain even though it is a temporary fix.

I have always felt that Maine General Health has taken care of my needs and given me advice with any questions that I have had. I feel very lucky to have the care they have always given to me.

I wasn't happy on how long it took to get a CT scan from your office to main general. I had to call myself make my own appointment and wait several days to get in. I think it should've been leave the office go to the hospital and get the CAT scan and find out some results without waiting days to have it done

Dr. Desirae Serrano is the best doctor I have ever had for a PCP. She listens to me and includes me in any discussion she makes about my conditions and the nursing staff is the best. Everybody there down to the front desk and the people who takes your calls. THE BEST!!!

Dr. Serrano is the best doctor you guys have. You need to give her a raise. She is so caring, nice, she listens to you and she works with you. She is compassionate and cool. I always have a great experience when I'm with Dr. Serrano, she makes me feel okay going to the doctors.

I just wanted to reiterate after the survey that I am so appreciative of how Desiree Serrano does her appointments with such care and she is really considerate of any issues that may arise or concerns that I have and I just really feel that we're a team in figuring out how best to navigate my health issues and that's so important to me as a patient.

10/10 Desirae always takes the time, care, and effort to help. Even though she is very busy, she always makes time for her patients and it shows.

I did not have my full blood panel completed . This was the second time I fasted. I was scheduled to see pcp at 10:20 and left at 10:45 as my scheduled ride was waiting for me. Last time my ride was held up with 2 dialysis patients waiting. I have no idea what is going on with my back. I have asked psp and Pysiatry for an mri to no avail, yet sent to pt anyway. Told one thing by psp and something totally different by Pysiatry. Very confused. I have no idea what is going with my back or blood test. Not satisfied at all with services.

I've been a patient at Elwood for a long time and have always appreciated the office staff and doctors. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. And my appointments have always run on time with very few and understandable exceptions.

I'm really happy with my primary caregiver, Desirae. What I really cannot stand and am infuriated with is that you feel like you have the right to call my house 14 times at all hours of the day to remind me that I've got an appointment and I can't get off this call-out list. I don't sleep during the night. I don't go to sleep until daylight hours, so that means I have to shut my phone off. Because I get 14, I've gotten 14 phone calls before 3 o'clock before. I'm sick and tired of it. I want my name off that computer thing. I've considered going to a different doctor just because you guys always want information from me, but you can't help me out. I'm trying to, I just, it's, it's ridiculous. You, you, you handcuff your, your doctors and nurse practitioners. You handcuff them. You just money, money,

As usual front office answered any questions I asked politely and efficiently. NP Deserae was focused on me and my electronic record, offered suggestions and answered all my questions in a very polite and confident way. I completely enjoyed the visit.

Both my husband and I have been going to Elmwood Primary for many years, and we have always had excellent service and care. It's so easy to talk to the people there. Usually I'm nervous when I go for a doctor's appointment, but they completely put me at ease. They do all kinds of checkups on me, and by the time I leave, I feel great. I feel like I'm in very, very good hands with Elmwood Primary.

As usual, Desirae and the rest of the staff (I go there for multiple doctors) were fantastic- they listened to my concerns and theories without judgement and out line a plan of action with me and ask multiple times if I have questions and understand and agree. I recommend Desirae very highly.

I love Elmwood Primary Care! Every member of the staff is competent and friendly. Desirae Serrano has been a blessing to me. She is attentive, and let's me be involved in every aspect of my care. She is also very timely in ordering tests, referrals and prescriptions. When I first came to Elmwood Primary, I had been suffering excruciating pain for two years due to Degenerative Disc Disease and all over arthritis. My previous PCP, and even Physiatry, refused to treat me with pain medication due to an old addiction that I have been clean from for 16 years! Desirae immediately put me on Tramadol for my pain in addition to Ibuprophen 3X a day. I can now perform daily duties without having to stay in bed for days wracked in pain all over. I was at the end of my rope. Desirae gave me back my life. Thank you to everyone at Elmwood Primary!
