The scheduling was outstanding. I had a three o'clock appointment and I was brought into the room at 3:05 and the doctor came in the room within two or three minutes. We get done with business and I was back out the door in less than a half hour. Outstanding service.

After a previous horrific conversation with one on medical care professionals this appointment worked out well. First was what was your expectations with a cancer diagnosis and then a decisive decision on this is what we are going to do. Dr tooth made good decisions and plans on procedure not immediately but waiting results from cancer treatment.

It's a complete health experience for me for my life.

We were told that appointments would be made and we would get a phone call. It's now two business days after our appointment and we haven't received anything even though we called today and we were told that the scheduler told us that they're short-staffed and when I told her we were very scared because my husband has been diagnosed with cancer, we were told so is in every other person that's been diagnosed with cancer. Very disheartening. The doctor was wonderful. The scheduler, not so much.

Dr. Tooth's office was very good. Needed lab a few days before visit. Terrible experience as it always is. You need to review facility use and procedure. The people were very nice, lab tech very professional. 50 minute wait just to register! And several people before me gave up and left. Have to travel to Augusta, then wait to register. Actual blood draw took about 2 minutes. Closing Winthrop lab big disappointment. If I can help with a solution please contact. Thank you

I am so fortunate to have Dr Tooth's oustanding care

Dr. Tooth sat across the room from me and never examined me in anyway. He never requested I disrobe for a hands on exam. I was only asked about my current pain level. I was sent home with no treatment what so ever, being told I needed to go to Portland, because Dr. Tooth couldn't be bothered to at least check my prostate to see what was going on. I was left feeling like an unwelcome second class citizen. I honestly feel Dr. Tooth should have at least done either an ultrasound, CT scan or something to check what was going on.

I was very pleased with everyone in the urology department, it was nice to see an actual doctor who was willing to talk to me and answer my questions. He truly made me feel that I was getting the best care he could offer. And I feel confident he will give me the best care.

Dr. Tooth has given me good care, elevating it when necessary. He explains the results of tests. The staff is helpful, polite and thorough but there must be much turnover because faces seem to constantly change. Finally, the texts, recorded and live phone messages, are over the top and become annoying. One of each would be sufficient.

Dr. Tooth is the absolute best! He's been my doctor since I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer and supervised my radiation treatment.

We were not given clear instructions and information about the procedure, complications and after care by the doctor. The nurses were very kind and supportive though.

NO PLACE TO PARK!!!!!

Dr. Tooth took time to answer my questions and to inform me of procedures that may be necessary to treat my medical condition. Very professional staff, friendly and welcoming. I felt quite anxious at my arrival and anxiety greatly reduced before I left.

Hello, the receptionist was very fuzzy about my insurance and was kind of confused and wasn't complying with what I told her. She had a primary that wasn't proper in there and she was very reluctant to help me out in that based on the fact that she was more interested in not being, solving an issue with the office than solving an issue with me. Kind of frustrating dealing with her.

My appointment was for 3:15 pm and I was called into the room at exactly 3:15pm. That's unheard of these days.

Dr. Tooth is an exceptional Dr. Very Thorough an knowledgeable!

While the scheduled procedure could not be completed that day because of complications, Dr. Tooth explained the options available to me and we will proceed in a different manner in a couple of weeks. No issues whatsoever with Dr. Tooth or any of his staff.
