Yes, I just wanted to let you know that I find Dr. Wexler very professional, very succinct, a good sense of humor, and he seemed to like to know what he was talking about. And that's it.

Dr. Wexler was attentive and discussed my health issues with me. A plan for my surgery was discussed and future informational sessions were booked. The assistant was friendly and efficient.

They are all Great !!

Dr. Wexler gave me some additional perspective about my surgery and he was helpful in getting me some additional PT and an injection. I learned the anesthesiologist I spoke to prior to surgery was not the same as the doctor who was in the OR. Something I plan to discuss with anesthesiology.

Yeah, I guess the only thing I would have to mention is that, um, we waited about an hour and 15 minutes and we, uh, I finally had to go out to the reception and say, Hey, is it normal for someone to wait an hour? And they said, you know, sometimes, and then when the doctor finally came in about an hour and 20 minutes, uh, he said that they had lost us for some reason. and we get lost in the mix. But the service was unbelievable. They treated us so wonderful. We just got a little lost there. We had to wait a while. But that's it. And thank you very much. Signing off.

My experience with care was super

I had to wait quite awhile after the nurse interviewed me for Dr Wexler but he is certainly worth the wait!!! I also had to wait along time in waiting room before they called me inbut that is okay , Dr Wexler is certainly worth waiting for , he is so thorough and has such great people skills

I had a slight delay in seeing my provider as a result of the VA referral process, through no fault of MGMC employees. Dr Wexler is awesome and I always appreciate his humor and bedside manner.

The receptionist that I interactive with had a very lack luster personality and was very rude. She seemed put off with having to check me in almost like she hates her job. This type of behavior should be unacceptable and very unethical. Had I been able to go to Orthopedic Associates of Maine in Portland I would have. The reviews on Google are not very good when it comes to patient experiences with your receptionists. This is something that you need to address, because it is a not very favorable for your business.

They helped me make a critical decision about a surgery.

Neither satisfied or dissatisfied had been referred without discussing this tormented and quality of life .Same all over .Generally Disgusted with Medical Community. THEY GASLIGHT YOU WITH REFERRALS .,and use your Health coverage if you have it,and just like ATM They utilize them like they're Swipe Cards.We should use our voices and Refuse their shoddy health care .Advocate for yourself

Dr. Wexler and team were very knowledgeable, patient oriented, and friendly. Doc Wexler, and team provided me very detailed information in the procedure for total hip replacement. They insured all of my questions were answered, which left me with a level of extreme confidence in their abilities.

Had to wait three months for appointment. Then told I was seeing the wrong person. Now waiting referral to another provider.

Dr. Wexler made me feel rushed and unimportant the entire visit. He could not have been more apathetic towards me and it was our first meeting. He made it clear he was not interested in learning anymore than yes or no answers, he never discussed my images that were sent to him, and he acted as if every question or comment I had was ridiculous. Even when he gave me cortisone shots in my knees, he didn't bother explain anything about it. The entire experience was disappointing and confusing.

I went feeling that I probably wouldn't get my surgery for 3 months, when Dr. W looked at my xrays and said he had an opening next week. I could've cried. I was so happy to think I wouldn't have to bear this pain much longer. This office went above and beyond in my book. Thank you so much!.

Dr. Wexler was a terrific doctor. He fixed my knee and I can't believe how fast I've been moving around and PT is really, really good. Cannot do it without them.

I felt comfortable talking with all members of the team. That is not always the case for me. Everyone involved were very nice.

Short wait in the waiting room, even shorter wait to have xrays done & for Dr Wexler to see me. He took an interest in what I had to say. After telling him of my concerns regarding my pending back surgery at EMMC, he said he could request my records be provided to the MMMC team for review since I have waited months & have not heard back from them despite my several calls & even spoken to 2 schedulers who never got back to me. Dr. Wexler is a patient's advocate to be recognized!

There is a lot of apprehension around a potential surgery. Dr. Wexler set me at ease right away. He asked appropriate questions, listened to my concerns and took the time to answer mine. By the end of the interview, I felt confident that I would be in good hands and well taken care of.

The orthopedic entire team made my husband and I feel very welcome and showed joy in seeing us. Dr. Wexler was kind and friendly. He seemed truly concerned about my wellbeing. I felt well supported.

The staff is always very professional, caring and kind. They are always ready and able to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Having surgery pending is stressful enough, but knowing you have a care team such as them helps ease your mind.

Well, I found out that I'm going to have to have a repair on the surgery I just had on my hip, the muscle that pulled away from it. So that was quite disappointing to me to have to go in and have something like that done again. But that's the only thing that was upsetting. But you know, I trust Dr. Wexler. I know he'll do a wonderful job, but it's just a weird thing that it happened, I guess. So anyway, but other than that, I'm looking forward to having a successful surgery and being able to put it behind me. So that's it. Thank you.

Hi, David Wexler did my knee replacement in 2018 and I was very, very happy with his care. I found him to be patient, to be a listener, to answer questions fully, to be informative in any way I needed about the surgery. So when I felt like I needed a hip replacement, which I do, I decided to definitely go back to him and here it is like seven years later and I find him just as listening and attentive and informative as I did before. He's really such a wonderful doctor. I feel very safe and happy with him. I just and I have recommended him and I certainly would again. So and my knee replacement was a big success. Preferable place to go for broken bones and repair

Dr Wexler is an excellent physician, who displays genuine concern for the patient. A jolly good fellow.

A woman in the waiting room was doing a video call on speakerphone. She was loud and her friend on the other end of the call was using the F word regularly. You should police this type of rude behavior please.
