First person I spoke with was very nice. Everyone was very nice and it was a good appointment.

I thought the nurse I had was rude. David Turro was great with all his explanations and suggestions. He showed me the X-ray and explained what the issue was with my knee. It wasn't that I refused further treatment, but I thought he and I agreed that since my knee was not bothering me at this point that I should continue to do the exercises that were helping my knee and if my knee got worse, then I should contact him to see him again. At some point I may need further treatment and if I do, I will certainly consider it.

I truly trust all the doctors I've seen they were excellent

The whole experience from check in to checkout, including X-rays were all done in a prompt,efficient, and informative manner. I feel I had a great experience. Thank you.

Hi, the PA I saw was beyond professional. He was really awesome. I've had an issue with my arm for a long time and he was one of the first people to actually address the problem and he was extremely professional. He took time to talk to me and helped me come up with a treatment plan and I would just like to give props that he was one of the best I've ever seen. Hats off, man. The woman who checked me in was not the most pleasant person. Very brisk and non friendly.

Yes, I was very happy after talking to Dr. Turro. I got a call the next day from the sports medicine and they scheduled the procedures on my knees within a month. I was totally blown away by that. I'm very happy. Thank you very much.

It was very good. They showed a lot of respect to me. He did go through everything that was wrong with me, plus stuff I didn't even know with my elbow. So, very respectful and very good. I'd recommend him to anybody.

would have liked a printed out after care about the steroid injections. I feel would have been helpful. Dr. explained, but to remember was difficult.

I appreciated that David Turro, PA spent adequate time during my appointment.

Dave Turro, PA, has been great. He explains what is happening, uses the films to illustrate what he means, discusses alternatives in terms that I understand, and answers questions in plenty of detail. He understands how miserable this whole experience has been, and encourages me about the end result. He's realistic, but optimistic, and doesn't minimize my discouragement. While I expect that the whole disaster will stretch months into the future, having him on the team has made it at least somewhat bearable.

Was very thorough. Got me involved in decisions and whether I wanted additional testing. Best part is he did not come across as being rushed, like he needed to go to the next patient. Also did not make me feel like my small injury was a waste of his time. I was very pleased.

They were fine .. I was unable to to see my regular providers due to holiday schedules.

My complaint is not to any one person it is the system a person has to wait months for an appointment and one of my procedure it took a year after waiting and then I got a doctor after having gone to ER then having major service
