Everyone on the team was very nice!

Danielle Pelletier is just amazing. Finally, issues I've struggled with for the past 5-10 years are being resolved. I sought out OBGYN care on my own, only to be blessed with Danielle to walk me through the process with patience, professionalism, and empathy. After nearly a year of working on hormone therapy, my symptoms have significantly reduced.

It was a good experience minus the fact that they put my appointments under someone else names so 5 of my next appointments are under someone else name. I'm a lil upset about that.

When I arrive for my appointments, it is very common for it to take anywhere from 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get into the room. This last appointment, I was able to get into the room almost immediately. However, I waited 40 minutes to see the midwife. And so, that was at 8 a.m. It is a little bit frustrating to plan your day and feel like, unfortunately, you can't keep up with what you planned because of the time that it seems to take up.

Danielle was so busy yet took time to see me during a very saddening moment. Her bedside manner was impeccable. I would recommend her to my closest friend and family. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured during something terrible.

She came into the room, asked no questions and immediately told me that the reason I was there was basically irrelevant and what I was experiencing was only related to my medication and not the reason I knew I was there. Overall the visit was unhelpful and I have to schedule with someone else to address what I know I need for my healthcare.

After my visit with Danielle yesterday was the first time I felt hopeful about facing the next 5-7 years (or however long) of my perimenopause/menopause "journey," which had been incredibly difficult and confusing. She was able to talk with me about difficult issues openly yet sensitively, and was so positive about coming up with solutions. Not only that, she made sure that I was 100% okay with/involved with/understanding every part of our health care plan. Yesterday was also the first time I can remember not feeling like I had to rush to get out what we needed to discuss; I never had the sense that I was being "pushed out" of the office; Danielle made it clear from her demeanor and feedback that she was there to listen. I can not say enough good things about her, and how relieved I am to finally have some of this anxiety taken away. I am beyond grateful.

The scheduling was incredibly prompt compared to other hospitals. The midwife was very informative. I did not feel judged like I did at other hospitals. And she made me feel very comfortable in knowing that this was about me and not about some type of agenda or some type of medical procedure. So, just what everybody told me. You guys would be great. And you definitely are.
