Danielle is an excellent listener! Plus, she remembered all that I said. She asked pointed questions and remembered to steer me back to certain ones. The exam was thorough under the circumstances. I have to say, she is an EXCELLENT practitioner! I'm so glad we have someone like her this close to home.

I had an absolutely wonderful time with your ladies yesterday. They were all wonderful, even the lady who took my blood. And I can't say enough good things for them.

The office visit was great. I got in for an appointment within 1 week the referral was placed and everything was accomplished that I needed. The lab process was not great took an hour to get labs done

I did, as a new person coming to the facility, I did find it a bit difficult to navigate. I don't feel that the exterior signage shows very well where patients are meant to go for parking. I found that there was not much of a map to figure out where we were supposed to go. We ended up parking in the wrong section a couple of times, which made me quite worried that I might miss my appointment, even though we were early. In addition to that, it was a little hard to find our department. Inside, I think the signage is a little unclear, although the staff were quite helpful. And I had a bit of a concern about patient privacy, just in like the volume and how very open everything was. When we went in for labs, the barrier between two of the registration rooms was just a foam block and I could hear everything that the staff person on the phone and the next block over.

Bloodwork. They told me order was sent to lab. After waiting about 25 min. lan jad no order. Went back to asthma & allergy to fond order. Got it done but it took over 1 hr.

I cannot say enough good things about the Asthma and Allergy team. When I reached out to Danielle via the portal with an urgent need, she responded in less than an hour and I was offered a virtual appointment for Wednesday. During the appointment she listened to my concerns and request to explore a different path of treatment for my condition. Almost immediately following my visit, Michayla reached out to me and was already working on getting the medication ordered and the PA processed. I was shocked when I received word today that the PA was approved and I will have the new med on hand tomorrow - two days following my visit. This team cares for their patients and you are never made to feel you are just a number. They have been supportive, knowledgeable, and carried me through as I have navigated an extremely difficult and painful condition. Thank you for that.

This was my first encounter with Danielle Fabian. I found her to be an excellent listener and interested in my case. She gave me helpful information about medications and suggestions for future care. I was very encouraged by her attention to my situation and would welcome future appointments with her. She is a caregiver who makes you feel "listened to"-a rare attribute today!

Danielle Fabian is terrific!

I was told that sometimes we never know why we have symptoms, we just have to live with it. That is not an acceptable answer. I have had hives for 6 months since being discharged from your facility. Saying we may never know why I'm having issues is not an answer. Throwing drugs at symptoms is not an answer.

Danielle is awesome. She shows she cares and is genuine.

When I was checking out the lady at the computer don't even acknowledge my existence. She took my paper with a huff like it was an inconvenience and went on to schedule my son's apt. Didn't say a word until she gave me a date and time and then a paper.

I appreciate Danielle Fabian. She asks good questions, and even though it's not exactly clear what's happening with my allergies, she seems to care about finding the correct plan of treatment. She takes notes, refers back to them, and I'm appreciative for all of her efforts.
