When I was checking out the lady at the computer don't even acknowledge my existence. She took my paper with a huff like it was an inconvenience and went on to schedule my son's apt. Didn't say a word until she gave me a date and time and then a paper.

I appreciate Danielle Fabian. She asks good questions, and even though it's not exactly clear what's happening with my allergies, she seems to care about finding the correct plan of treatment. She takes notes, refers back to them, and I'm appreciative for all of her efforts.

We had a bit of a wait ( a few months ) to get the initial appointment. Wish it had been sooner but understand new patient appointments take longer and they were already booked out. NP was great, looking forward to working with them.

This was a great zoom apt. To follow up on prior tests. Very competent a Dr. that has decided to get to the bottom of my symptoms. Very satisfied.

I love ME Allergy and Asthma. Every person there from the receptionist, med assistant, nurses and APRN and doctor are kind, caring, professional, on top of their game. I always feel well cared for and respected as a patient. Danielle is fabulous! And staff is always professional, interactive, and knowledgeable.

Danielle and her nurse were wonderful. I don't receive any other care at MaineGeneral so I was a little nervous going into my appointment, not knowing what to expect. I was impressed and felt well cared for by both of them. They were both friendly, down to earth, and made me feel comfortable while I was there.

I was first appointment of the day so was checked in and did not need to wait before being taken back to the room. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, all of my questions were answered and I felt I was listened to and my opinions were taken into consideration with my care.

The only thing that bothered me was how abrasive the lady at checkout was. She sighed and rolled her eyes when the NP forgot to have me write down an email address. She slammed the pen and paper down on the counter for me to write it. She didn't look at me and seemed like she was trying to rush me out. I just didn't sense any form of kindness from her.
