I'm very, very pleased and I wasn't listening as carefully as I should have. I thought three was the best. So most of my answers would have been a four and there was a change in my PA. So my original PA had retired, so there was some waiting for an appointment and then there were winter storms. But I couldn't be happier with the setup now and with the provider.

Dana was very interested in my case and wants to help me. I had my blood taken and they called in a day or so to give me the results. I believe I will get help with this doctor.

I was happy with seeing the nurse practitioner but she was about 25 minutes late to see me. I understand things happen but someone could have come to let me know she was running late.

The feces on two of the toilet seats in the women's room was off putting. Although I related a billing issue that occurred because my insurance had not been correctly entered, the intake person took my card and copied it but did not update the records. Fortunately the intake people for my bloodwork doublechecked my insurance and updated the file. The medical provider was outstanding.

I think the doctor I have there and the doctor I had there before has really tried to help me quite a bit. Dr. Dana has really tried to help me and I like it that he listens and takes time with me. I liked it when the last doctor I had also listened and took time with me. And so I would recommend you guys to other people.

This was the first time that I met Dana and it was an excellent visit. She went over all of my history since the first time she met me. Also, there was a." trainee." PA and also a trainee medical assistant, and I was asked if I wanted them to be in the room with the exam and I said yes whenever there are new people being trained, I always say for them to be with the mentor.
